Choose the delivery apps you want to pause, enable Screen Time access, and Curb adds a simple shield when you try to open them. Instead of ordering right away, you get a short pause, a reminder of your streak, and an estimate of the money you are saving by skipping the order. Curb is free to download, but app blocking requires a Curb Pro subscription after a 7-day free trial.
