Saavu now fills both screens on iPhone Duo, and it only asks for permissions when you need them. • On iPhone Duo's inner display, Home sits in two columns, Nearby shows the list and map side by side, and History puts the calendar next to your sessions. Turn it sideways mid-session and the timer splits into two panes • Apple Health is asked for when you start your first session, location when you open Nearby, and notifications after your first session • Your settings and preferences now stay saved when you close the app • Sessions save even when you're offline, and a session tracked with Apple Watch no longer saves twice • Deleted sessions stay deleted • Password reset links open the app and let you set a new password • Notifications and links take you straight to the venue or session they're about • Half-written manual entries, venue submissions, reviews and session notes are kept as drafts • Submitting a new venue works properly now • Insights is back, one tap from the weekly card on Home • Plus a long list of smaller fixes, from the paywall to the weekly figures

Smarter Apple Watch sessions, sharper wrist UI. • Water lock now turns on automatically for cold plunges - no more phantom taps from a wet wrist • Sessions without a heart-rate reading no longer save as 0 bpm • Your end-of-session mood face now reflects how the session actually went, straight from the watch • Watch shows "--" while the heart-rate sensor warms up instead of a confusing zero • The watch now tells you when it's waiting to sync stats from your iPhone • Bigger, easier tap targets and clearer text on smaller watch faces • History loads with a smooth placeholder instead of a blank screen • General fixes and performance improvements

Better data, smoother Apple Watch sync. • More accurate calorie estimates tuned specifically for sauna heat • Consistent sweat-loss figures across every screen • Touch the heart-rate chart to see your exact bpm at any moment • Apple Watch sessions sync more reliably - fixes for lost workouts, missing heart rate, and duplicate sessions • Your watch-face complication now stays up to date without opening the app • Streak reminders now respect your timezone - no more late-night pings • General fixes and performance improvements

Refreshed first-run setup. It begins with a breath, asks for less, and remembers your answers across devices. Quieter fixes throughout.

Sessions now check in automatically when you arrive at a saved venue. Breathing guidance has been added to contrast protocols, so you can stay in the rhythm without watching the clock. Plus a round of small improvements across the app.
