Portfolio Dashboard — regional and property managers can now see turn performance across every property in one place. Track vacancy loss in dollars, average turn time, occupancy, overdue and at-risk turns, and a property leaderboard that ranks each property from best performing to needs attention. Unit inventory — properties now hold real units with rent, vacancy state, and full turn history. Add units one at a time or bulk import from CSV. Mark as Leased — leasing agents and property managers can mark a unit leased from their phone, which stops the vacancy loss clock and keeps the numbers honest. Property access control — admins and regional managers can now scope teammates to specific properties. Cleaner sign in screen.
