Bug fixes

Snagger 3.1 — a bigger update than usual. SKETCH FLOOR PLANS • Condition reports can now have sketched floor plans — no drawing needed. Draw rooms, walls, low walls, terraces, shafts, openings in slab, doors, double doors, windows, columns and stairs (straight, L, U or circular). • Duplicate the previous floor and just change what's different. • Smart snapping: corners, midpoints, walls, right angles and extension lines, all working together. • Select several items at once to move, resize, rotate or delete them together. • Turn your phone sideways for a bigger drawing area. • Reports print just the drawing, scaled to fit the page. ALWAYS UP TO DATE • Everything saves straight to the cloud. Your team, your other devices and the website see every change live. • Photos and drawings load when you open them, so Snagger uses far less space on your phone — and photos no longer go missing. • Snagger now needs Wi-Fi or mobile data to save. If you lose signal, a bar tells you, and nothing is half-saved. We've updated our Terms and Privacy Policy to match — you'll be asked to accept them when you open the app.

A big update, built around one idea: a snag should carry its whole story. DASHBOARD A new home screen showing where every project stands — open, fixed and completed snags, condition reports and minutes of meeting. Tap a figure to see exactly which items it covers. Cards collapse, so if you only work in snag lists you never have to scroll past the rest. A "FIXED" STEP FOR SNAGS Snags now go Open → Fixed → Complete. The contractor marks the work as fixed and attaches their own note and photo; you inspect it and either sign it off or send it back. Both statements are kept — signing off no longer overwrites what the contractor said. PIN HISTORY Every snag keeps its record: raised, fixed, reopened, fixed again, signed off, with who did it and when. Reopening a snag adds a line rather than erasing the fix, so a disagreement on site leaves a trail instead of a mystery. You can print the history as an appendix in your report. CONTRACTORS AND TEAM ROLES Invite a contractor to mark their work as fixed and nothing else — they cannot move, rename or delete anything. Members can be Admin, Editor or Viewer, and an info button in company settings explains what each one may do. SHAREABLE COMPANY INVITES Invite links you can copy and send however you like — WhatsApp, email, anywhere. COMPANY PROJECTS ARE SHARED AUTOMATICALLY Everything in your company is available to its members, including projects created before the company existed. REORDER PHOTOS Hold a photo on a pin and drag it where you want it. Reports print photos in the order you choose. ALSO Who raised, fixed and signed off each snag is now recorded throughout and printed in reports. Pins keep their size as you zoom. Overlapping pins are easier to tap accurately. FIXES • Photos and plans no longer go missing after an app update • Syncing now settles instead of re-uploading the same photos • Snag lists created on the website now appear on the phone • Reports deleted on one device no longer reappear on the next sync • Marking a snag fixed no longer fails on phones that already had the app

Sync fixes. • Snag lists made on the website now show on the phone, even before you add the drawing. • Sync no longer gets stuck on "Syncing...". • Photos and plans are no longer uploaded more than once. Syncing is faster and uses much less data. • The app now checks for new work every few minutes, so changes made on another device appear on their own.

Pins now stay sharp when you zoom in, and grow a little as you go — so two pins sitting on top of each other can finally be told apart. Rename almost anything from its ⋯ menu: snag lists, condition and damage reports, meetings, drawings and properties. Add your own disclaimer to a report cover, worded separately for snag lists, condition reports and damage reports. Settings are grouped by report type now, and reachable from inside each feature. Fixed: a report could come out blank when its images weren't on the device. It now restores them, or tells you plainly instead of printing an empty page. Note: issuing PDF reports is now part of a subscription. Everything you have already recorded stays exactly where it is, and there's a free trial if you'd like to carry on.

Sign in • If your confirmation email never arrived, you can now send it again from the sign-in screen. Signing up and coming back later used to leave you stuck with no way in. Fixes • Damage reports no longer disappear when you unlock a condition report to make a change. They were never gone, just hidden until the report was finalised again. • Pin sizes are measured by the height of the number itself, so a size looks the same on every drawing — and the size picker now does what it says. • Pin directions turn with the plan when you rotate it, instead of pointing the way they did before. • Pending company invitations now appear on the phone, and can be cancelled there. Companies • Work shared with a company belongs to that company. If you share your projects when you join, they become the company's — and if you leave or are removed, they stay with the company and come off your device. Projects you keep as your own are not affected. • If a company is closed, everything in it passes to the company owner as their own projects. • The Viewer role is properly read-only everywhere now, including discussion points, actions, attendees and photo mark-up. Free plan The free plan now includes six lists and reports in total across all your projects — snag lists, condition reports, damage reports, meetings and finishes rooms, in any mix. A finishes room holds up to ten trades inside it. Two projects and six PDF exports are unchanged, and cloud sync stays free on every plan. A list counts from the moment you work in it — one pin, or one discussion point. Deleting it afterwards doesn't free the place up; deleting one you never started does. Nothing you have already made has been removed.

Reports now name their project Every report cover carries the project number and name — "18022 - Tat-Targa Development" — so an issued PDF can be traced back without opening the app. It appears on snag lists, condition and damage reports, minutes of meeting, and finishes reports. Pins you can actually read Pin sizes are now set by how large the number prints on the page: M gives 2mm digits, with each step 0.5mm either side. A size means the same physical pin on every drawing — an A3 sheet and a small detail are both fitted to the same space on the page, so the pin comes out identical. Changing the size now updates the plan as you change it, and the arrow pin has been redesigned as a clean line with a solid head. Pin shape and size are dropdowns instead of a crowded row of buttons. Company report details Company owners can set the block that prints on every report cover — name, address, contact details, logo and letterhead — once, for the whole company. Every member picks it up automatically. Find it under Organization Settings. Settings, renamed for clarity "Teams & Companies" is now "Organization Settings", and "Company Details" is now "Report Details", sitting under Report Settings where it belongs. Invitations fixed An invitation now reaches the account it was sent to. Previously the person invited saw nothing while the admin who sent it was shown their own invitation, which could not be accepted or dismissed. Admins can now also see pending invitations from the phone and cancel one that went to the wrong address. Also fixed • Placing a pin with no stem no longer shifts it down — it stays exactly where you put it • The pin now turns as you drag it, so you can see which way it points before saving • Rotating a plan turns pin directions with it, instead of leaving every arrow pointing 90° off

Cloud sync is now free for everyone Your projects, drawings, snags and reports now back up automatically and follow you to a new phone — no subscription needed. Pro now covers unlimited projects and reports instead. The free plan includes 2 projects and 6 generated reports. FINISHES SNAG LISTS, REWORKED • Each trade is now its own snag list, so you can reissue Ceilings without touching First Fix. • Combined room reports are saved and listed, instead of being generated and lost. • Choose which revision of each trade goes into a combined report — the latest is selected for you. • New Completion Tracking page, with an optional per-trade breakdown. MINUTES OF MEETING • Search discussion points and action items across a whole project, with filters. • Export minutes to Excel. PINS AND REPORTS • Add a Location and an Action while placing a pin, rather than after. • Generate a report straight from the plan view. • Replace a drawing and keep every pin exactly where it was. • Location now prints beside the description, aligned under the Open/Complete status. • Photos in combined reports print at the same size as in individual reports. COMPANIES • New Viewer role — read-only access to shared work. • Owners can change a member's role, remove members, and dissolve or leave a company from the phone. Role changes previously failed without reporting it. FIXES • "Add Pin" no longer sits off the edge of the screen on narrower phones. • Opening the app with no signal no longer locks you out of your own work. • Pinch to zoom in the facade editor without leaving stray marks. • Generating a report twice no longer creates duplicate revisions. • Unlocking a condition report no longer hides previously issued PDFs. • Deleting your account now removes your files as well as your data. • Consistent menus throughout: swipe-to-delete has been replaced by a three-dot menu with share and delete. The guided tour has been replaced — screens now explain themselves where it matters, and Help in Settings has been rewritten and expanded. The sample project has been removed. CONSISTENT PIN SIZES Pin sizes are now an absolute size on the printed page, so "medium" means the same thing whether your drawing is A4 or A3. What you place on screen is what appears in the report. CHOOSE YOUR PIN STYLE Pick the marker per report: the classic pin with a stem, a plain circle, or a simple arrow. Stems and arrows rotate to point exactly where you need. COMPANY ROLES Admins manage projects, reports and plans. Editors do the site work — snags, photos and reports — without being able to delete a whole project by accident. Owners can now set roles from the app. DELETE REPORTS Condition and damage reports can now be deleted. Previously only snag lists could be removed. THREE FREE REPORTS The free plan now includes 3 PDF reports, so you can finish a real job and see the output before subscribing. FIXES • Your company letterhead no longer disappears from reports • Duplicate copies of a generated report no longer appear • Rotating a pin shows the full marker while placing it • Discussion point text is no longer cut across page breaks • Photos in condition reports and snag lists align correctly • A pin's details no longer sit alone on a page before its photos
