Biojrnl is a private health diary. Write down symptoms, medicines and appointments as they happen, every entry is dated, and the record turns into one PDF for the doctor. The quiet record of you.
Most of us keep our health in pieces. A note in a phone, a letter in a drawer, and the rest in our heads. Then a doctor asks when it started, and we guess. Biojrnl keeps it in one place, in your own words, with the date.
WHAT YOU CAN KEEP
Symptoms, in your own words, on the day, with how bad they were. Medicines, with the dose, when you take them and why you started, and a reminder if you want one. A thread for anything that goes on for a while: the first note, the follow-ups and how it turned out. Emergency information, for anyone who might need it.
With Pro: appointments, with the questions to ask beforehand and what was said afterwards. Test results, typed in and kept. Vaccinations, with the dates. Documents and letters, photographed once. Travel.
A PDF FOR THE DOCTOR
Export your whole record as a PDF, free. With Pro, Visit Prep makes a summary for an appointment: allergies, conditions and what changed in the last three months, then every entry. Save it, print it or email it.
FOR SOMEONE YOU LOOK AFTER
With a Family or Care plan, keep a separate record for a parent, a child or anyone else you look after: their allergies, medicines and doses, appointments and notes, kept apart from your own. Share their record with one co-manager, or lend a sitter a guest view of the parts you choose, for as long as you choose. Sharing is only for the profiles you look after. Your own record is not shared with anyone.
FREE AND PAID
Free: the journal, up to 20 entries (follow-up notes on an entry do not count), medicines and reminders, the Health Passport and the full-record PDF.
Pro: no entry limit, Visit Prep, appointments, test results, vaccinations, documents, travel and the Overview.

WHAT BIOJRNL DOES NOT DO
There is no AI in Biojrnl. Nothing reads what you write, nothing is trained on it, and nothing summarises you back at yourself. It does not connect to a watch, a ring or any other app. There are no adverts and nothing is sold to anybody.
PRIVACY
What you write is held in an encrypted database on your own phone. It reaches our servers only if you turn on backup, and you can turn that off.
