HRV Dojo is a focused HRV biofeedback app for people who train better when they can see clean heart data in real time.
Connect a compatible Bluetooth heart-rate sensor and HRV Dojo turns RR intervals into practical sessions for readiness, breathing, workouts, and recovery review.
Use HRV Dojo to:
- Watch live heart rate and RR interval quality
- Measure HRV metrics including RMSSD, SDNN, pNN50, and lnRMSSD
- Run a 3-minute readiness check and build a personal baseline
- Practice guided breathing and resonance scans with coherence feedback
- Track workouts with heart-rate zones and recovery metrics
- Export CSV and backup data
- Save completed workouts and heart-rate samples to Apple Health when allowed
HRV Dojo is designed for compatible Bluetooth heart-rate sensors that provide RR interval data. Signal quality matters, so the app highlights artifact filtering and warns when a reading is not reliable enough for readiness work.
