• Attach an accessory to its item: it appears indented right below it, in the list, the PDF and the Word file. Accessories suggested after adding an item are attached automatically. • The Add step sticks to the essentials: search, a Categories button, kits and bijoutes. List details, paste and import move to the list’s “…” menu. • Export a list as a Word file (.docx), ready to open in Google Docs. • The Export step separates sending to rental houses, as a PDF, from sharing the list or project online. • Default list names follow the app’s language.

• List PDFs are redesigned: large quantities, a quote-style layout, and a header with the project, the production, the test, shoot and return dates, and the list version with its date. • “Whole project PDF” brings the camera, lighting and grip lists together in one document, with category or item thumbnails if you wish. • Categories are illustrated with real equipment photos. • Rename a category, choose its thumbnail, create one in a list and keep it for your next lists; “Always file this item here” puts an item in the same place every time you add it. • By default, fixtures come first, stands second, and distribution and extension cables last. • Sharing a list now goes step by step: a Cinecyclop contact or an email address, then the access level. “Gather the team’s lists” invites each head of department. • The list’s web link takes comments and direct quantity changes; the history, opened from Equipment, also shows changes made through that link. • Catalogue: ND set from 0.3 to 2.1, ND filters in every size, and compatible accessories suggested for 4,432 items (Teradek receivers, 7-inch monitor accessories, SkyPanel X yoke). • Camera settings open expanded and no longer show for a lighting or grip list on its own.

• Search understands numbers however they are written: 1.20 m or 120 cm, 2.5 kW or 2500 W, 1.2/1.8 kW, S60-C or S60C, D 520 or D520. • A typo or words run together still bring up the closest items; a number is never corrected on its own. • Power cables, lines and extensions are found at every length, with the words rental houses use. • When two items are equally likely, none is added automatically: you choose. • A pasted quote line keeps its quantity and leaves dates, discounts and prices aside. • 3,628 new technical sheets sourced from manufacturers: over 9,600 items now have one. • 141 new cinema and photo lenses with their sheets; the same model now appears only once in search. • 977 new illustrations: 4,292 images now cover 11,184 items. • Signing out no longer ends your session on your other devices; “Connected devices”, in your account, signs them all out. • On a shared device, each account finds its own projects, kits and profile; another account’s are set aside and handed back at its next sign-in.

• Accessories suggested after an addition show their 3D image; “Stop suggesting this item” is remembered. • With a Hi-5 or a WCU-4, the cforce mini motor is checked by default and RIA-1 and AMC-1 are suggested; a “Details” field keeps a note on the added item. • List info: 2nd and 3rd AC or best boy, with phone and e-mail, shown or not on the PDF and the shared link, line by line. • Data and storage: number of drives worked out from the hours shot per day. • In the catalogue, a lens sheet shows its series and opens the list of every lens in the same series. • “Add a line” keeps the keyboard open after each addition, so you can enter items one after another. • Every frame offers all the fabrics of its size, including 1.8 × 1.8 m frames. • Catalogue duplicates no longer appear in results; their names still help search. • Catalogue brands corrected, new illustrations for extension cables and power strips. • Faster launch and screens, lighter project saving. • On first launch, the app asks whether you accept ad measurement. It is optional and can be changed in Settings › Privacy › Ad measurement.

• English catalogue: every item has its English name, and your lists follow the app’s language. • Live collaboration: a quantity changed on another device, on the web or through the list’s link animates when you open the list. • Gear view: easier-to-read quantities, a more visible “Add a line”, Display and Category order on a single row. • Illustrated suggestions: each item’s 3D image. • Gear view: each item’s image, which you can hide in Display options › Equipment images. • A list’s web link can be prepared right after a change on another device or from the link. • More robust project sync across all your devices. • A list’s web link: the app’s technical sheets, fully translated into English. • English technical sheets now read “CRI” for the color rendering index. • Lighting lists: the whole Grip catalogue is offered (offset arms, stands, frames, structures). • 1,367 references moved to the right category (stands, wind-ups, grips, heads, lenses); your lists follow. • A list’s web link: chosen language, the app’s categories, each item’s technical sheet and comments, which arrive in the app’s Comments sheet. • Bigger catalogue: 15,261 items, including 3,686 additions (US rental houses, 2026 trade show releases). • 1,508 new technical sheets sourced from manufacturers. • Lens apertures corrected from the manufacturers’ official sheets. • Gear view: each category shows a small 3D icon. • 153 new illustrations: 3,302 images for 10,161 items. • Studio directory: 570 studios and 1,466 stages in Paris, London, Berlin, New York and Barcelona, sorted by city. • Find a stage by size and features: cyclorama, green screen, daylight, grid, height, three-phase power. • Tap “Lite mode” to sign in or discover Cinecyclop Pro. • “Received projects” opens from Home in its own sheet. • Anonymous audience measurement, without an account or advertising identifier, can be turned off in Settings › Privacy. • Community kits: search, filters, copying and sharing after review. • English category labels throughout lists, details and pickers; custom names preserved. • Documented accessories for new references; structural series kept separate. • Kit layouts adapted to large text sizes.

• Share a project with members as read-only or editors, for the whole project or one department, and manage their rights from the Members screen. • A project link that is read-only or editable after sign-in, for all lists or a selection, with a bilingual web page; revoke it at any time. • Six distinct PDF layouts: Internal, Ledger, Manifest, Production, Field sheet and Presentation. • Items without a weight are flagged: set an estimate with the slider, counted in the total and in the CSV summary. • One-screen first steps, a catalog with a back button and a department choice independent of the list, and a contact picker for invitations. • Send freely typed references to the catalog; we review them before anything is published. • In the catalog, hundreds of 3D illustrations now tell many models apart (lights, lenses, stands, heads, accessories…) instead of their category icon. • Catalog search and “Type to add” recognize French and English equipment names, whatever the app’s language (“genny”, “onduleur”), with new references and aliases. • “Prepare web link” on a list no longer shows “Sync failed”. • “Type to add” and long lists no longer freeze the screen while matching.

• Long lists stay smooth: sorting, scrolling and edits no longer slow down with hundreds of lines. • Split a list across several rental houses: assign a rental house to one or more lines, filter by rental house and export one PDF per rental house.

• List checks now cover each department: power, DMX and ballast for Lighting; mounts, coverage and media for Camera; loads and transport for Grip. • Tools remember your inputs, share exposure and the project’s stage, switch to imperial units and add their result to a list or to the PDF notes. Search for a tool and find the ones you opened last. • Dictate your lists in French (beta): Apple speech recognition stays on your device, text appears as you speak, and every reference and quantity is reviewed before it is added. • Add a line straight into a list with the + button and pick from suggested references; “Type to add” better understands typos and quantities. • Share a list through a web link, read-only or editable, and revoke it from the app. • Reorder categories and lines with a drop preview; lines stay compact, with a bin icon to remove the last item. • Edit a kit from its preview, suggest equipment for the catalog and customize list icons. • Settings grouped by section with search, and a more consistent interface across Home, Lists, Tools and Account.

• Share a project by link: guests can view and comment without creating an account. Edit links also let them update equipment. • Find received projects, choose link permissions and revoke access from project sharing. • Camera suggestions link more cameras, accessories, media, readers, batteries and chargers. • Custom equipment is easier to identify. Administrators can find and export these items. • Save favorite equipment with a heart and find it directly in Quick Add. • Search better recognizes equipment names, common typos and pasted lists. Custom items are selected by default, and rows can be sorted before adding. • Move more easily between catalogue categories, with full equipment names and access to details before adding. • Lists and kits are clearer, with collapsible categories, visible counts, colored actions and 3D icons. • The catalogue includes new flash heads and photo accessories. Equipment sorting puts larger lights and stands first while preserving manual reordering. • The background calculator includes a perspective preview that stays visible while scrolling, new sliders and search in long tool lists. • Animated skeletons accompany loading. Blank catalogue screens and several display issues have been fixed.

• A native iPhone and iPad interface with clearer lists, tools and navigation. • Equipment entry is consistent across lists, kits and personal collections, with search, categories, pasted text and document imports. • All six PDF list templates have clearer headings, aligned quantities and better notes pagination. • Project recovery and synchronization better preserve dates, categories and equipment changes. • The annual subscription and App Store purchase restoration are available, with existing account access recognized.

What’s new: • Subscribers can now reopen Cinecyclop offline using their last validated access. • Access is revalidated automatically when the network returns, without interrupting work. • Signing out, switching accounts, and expired entitlements correctly clear locally stored access.

Lists and DMX patching are now smoother. • Reorder list categories directly. • The DMX mode picker stays open while searching and displays every mode in numerical order. • A declined catalogue match is no longer suggested repeatedly. • Launch no longer shows two loading screens in succession.

This version improves accessory suggestions: aliases of the same light now share the same preferences, while different models remain isolated. It also fixes version identification in stability reports.

This release streamlines list preparation: projects now open directly on the current month, with quick access to all periods. It also improves Add / List / Review navigation, project and camera settings, contacts, kits and owned gear, history, and overall stability.

This release fixes the Sharing notification: only invitations and access requests that need attention now trigger a badge. Already accepted shared access remains visible without being marked as new. It also improves web update reliability and overall app stability.

Cinecyclop 3.6 improves equipment-list prep: clearer department navigation, more stable PDF preview and export, refined verification and electrical power tools, cleaner kits and bijoutes, and updated App Store visuals.

This release fixes a persistent invitation badge in Contacts: an already accepted shared project now stays visible under Project access in progress without reopening the Invitations card or triggering a new notification. It also includes the native Sign in with Apple flow on iOS and stability improvements around shared project access.
