Patient Thread includes a full clinical dashboard for nephrology teams. Manage patient records, review and enter results, generate clinic letters, track transplant patients, calculate rejection risk, and communicate securely with your patients, all from one platform.
SECURITY & PRIVACY
Patient Thread is built for healthcare. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Staff access requires multi-factor authentication and sessions time out automatically after inactivity. Patient Thread is built and operated by Patient Thread Ltd, a UK software company registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, in accordance with UK GDPR and NHS data security standards. Your clinic remains the controller of your clinical record.
Patient Thread is provided to patients through participating clinics. If your clinic uses Patient Thread, your care team will give you your registration details.

Subscriptions (Connected, Complete) are billed to your Apple Account, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed in your App Store account settings.
