SOAP NOTE LITE
Write one active SOAP worksheet, stored in encrypted form on your device. Optionally capture one foreground GPS snapshot and attach one photograph. Export a PDF through your device's share menu and delete the local draft when you choose. This is a single-draft worksheet, not a patient archive or complete electronic medical-record system.
OFFLINE AND PRIVATE
Core guidance and training content work offline. No account is required. The app has no advertising, analytics, patient-data backend, cloud synchronization, audio recording, transcription, or background location tracking. External website links require connectivity. Export destinations may retain their own copies of files you choose to share.

Pretty insane this thing is free. I hope they don’t change that, really great to have an outdoor medicine app like this available to the public. Very detailed app that I’ve been playing with, it would be invaluable in the case that I’m out of service. Seems to be entirely evidence-based, high quality advice. There is a function to track all your SOAP notes or patient care reports, which you could easily just text to a doctor or the paramedics during handoff. 10/10.

This is a great resource to have in case of medical emergencies, especially if you are outdoors with EMS far away. It has scenarios, flashcards, and quizzes to test your current knowledge for medical emergencies, or you can research specific issues using the field guide. Great app so you can be prepared.
