Used to always wake up in the middle of sleep but I love that my apps stay blocked during that time because I would scroll during that time and that would prevent me from getting back to sleep.

You can now choose No mission for a standard alarm. Morning Lock starts only for an enabled linked alarm and runs for its selected wake window, independently of alarm dismissal or wake proof. This update also adds a calmer hold-to-breathe temporary-unlock flow and reliability fixes.
