Transporters get a simpler app, now in Hindi too. Shippers can fix mistakes in one tap and add payment terms to a shipment. FOR TRANSPORTERS Jobs is a to-do list: quotes to send, jobs to confirm, trucks to send, papers to upload, soonest first. An invite fits on one screen. Quote for the whole truck or per kg; the other is worked out for you. See how you'll be paid before you quote: advance at loading, balance days and any note from the shipper. If a quote looks far lower than usual, the app asks you to check it before it goes. If the shipper sets your quote aside, you see why and can send a new one. Can't do a shipment? Say why in one tap, and the shipper sees your reason. Won a job? The next step is at the top, with your saved trucks and drivers to pick from, and Call or WhatsApp the shipper. On the road, tell the shipper Loaded, On the way, Reached or Delayed in one tap. A Money tab shows what is owed to you, by whom and since when, and what has been paid. You are told when a payment is recorded, corrected or removed. The app is available in Hindi. Choose your language when you first open it, or later in Profile. In a live auction your place is shown in large type, with Lower by buttons. FOR SHIPPERS Add payment terms to a shipment, next to special instructions, so every transporter quotes on the same terms. Undo a payment entered by mistake, or fix its amount. The wrong entry stays on record, crossed out, with who and why. Set aside a quote with a typo. It leaves the ranking and the transporter can quote again. Remove a document put on the wrong shipment. Merge a consignee or product that is on your list twice. A new month asks once: carry over last month's leftover, or start from a new sheet. Requests show the one number that matters: quotes in and time left, or the price, the rate per kg and how late a delivery is. The auction clock is large and turns amber, then red, as time runs out. Payments show how long each one has been unpaid. The next step on every shipment is large and clear, with one main button. Shipment details come first, with documents inside. Payment and purchase cost sit together in one Money card. After an award you see the winner and the next two quotes. Team members without price access never see a quote price. FIXES The app no longer signs you out when the signal drops for a moment. On a weak signal you see "Couldn't reach Freightlinq" with Retry instead of an empty list. Lists refresh when you come back to them.

FOR TRANSPORTERS The quote screen says plainly that your price stays sealed until the deadline, and that you can lower it only if the shipper starts a live auction. In a live auction your place is shown in large type, with Lower by buttons. A price that isn't lower is stopped before it is sent. Special instructions show before you quote. Uploads ask for the lorry receipt before the truck leaves and the proof of delivery after. Your truck types appear when you send a truck. Text and buttons are larger. Quotes are in one card: each transporter ranked, their first and current price, and who has not quoted yet. Sealed quotes stay sealed until you open them. Documents get readable names such as "Proof of delivery 1", show as pictures, and open in a viewer you can swipe through. iPhone photos now display properly. The report is no longer month-only: pick this month, last month, last quarter, this financial year or your own dates. With AI switched on for your company, the report opens with a short AI summary. New request shows the transporters who ran the lane before, with a one-tap Invite, and an AI note on the price to expect. The default quote window is now one company setting, and an admin can change a team member's role. FIXES Combined shipments no longer show twice in the list; the originals appear only when you search for them. Report figures no longer break across two lines.

Fairer auctions, a proper answer for every proposed truck, and alerts that stop the moment a phone signs out. FOR CARRIERS In a live auction you see your own quote, your rank and whether you are the lowest. You never see another carrier's price, and after the award you see your rank only. If the shipper declines the truck you proposed, you see the reason and can propose another. After a truck is assigned you can suggest a different one, for a breakdown or a change of plan, with a short note. FOR SHIPPERS A proposed truck can be accepted, declined with a reason, or swapped for a different truck. Replace vehicle now works, including while the shipment is on the road. Requests has an Export button: the list on screen, as an Excel workbook. Adding a carrier says plainly when their sign-in email did not go, so you know to resend it. A carrier who has a password but has never used it reads "Not signed in yet". When your company's monthly AI allowance is used up, Insights and the other AI features say so instead of failing quietly. FIXES A phone could keep getting shipment alerts after it was signed out. Alerts now stop as soon as the phone is no longer signed in, however that happened.

Reveal quotes on your own terms, a home screen for every kind of shipper, and cleaner sheets for vehicles and carriers. FOR SHIPPERS Reveal quotes before the deadline. While the window is still open the button reads "Reveal N quotes early"; it shows who has quoted, who would be cut off, and asks for a reason that goes on the record. If a tender was reopened after a reveal, the quotes that came in later are listed as still sealed, with one button to reveal them. Look at the quotes so far, without closing the window — when your organisation turns it on. Every look is logged and shown on the board. The home screen works without a schedule sheet. If you raise shipments straight from Requests, the month leads with your shipments by stage, then money, actions, carriers and lanes. Assign or replace a vehicle in one sheet: truck number, type, driver, phone, a remark and a document together. Capacity follows the truck type. Edit a carrier's details in one sheet, the same fields as the web. Carriers who never quote are flagged only when they could have: signed in, three deadlines passed, no quote. The banner folds to one line; tap to see who. The Network row says whether a carrier is in the app, signed in, or has no password yet, and names the email that failed. The analytics report downloads as a PDF or an Excel file. Lanes carry tonnes and goods value. Picking a time is one clock box everywhere a date is chosen. FIXES A tender reopened after its first reveal showed one price under "3 bids" with nothing to press. The Transporters list on a new account was pushed off the screen by the never-quoted banner.

Trucks are easier to pick and describe, and a shipment can say more about itself. FOR SHIPPERS Truck at site by — say when the truck should report for loading, and every carrier sees it on the invite. Starting price — name the most you will pay, per kg or as a total. A quote above it is turned away at the door. Purchase cost — once a carrier has confirmed, type in what the goods cost. Freight then reads as a share of it on the shipment, in Analytics and in the monthly report. Cargo comes from your product list: pick a product and the type, name and usual weight fill themselves. The truck list is grouped — small, trucks, multi-axle, trailers, containers, specialised — with 17 more types, and a search on top. A carrier's fleet shows on your transporter list as grouped chips instead of a run-on line. FOR CARRIERS Add several trucks at once: pick a group, pick the type, say how many. A shipment's starting price shows on the quote screen, with a note when your quote is above it. Truck at site is on the invite beside the delivery date. FIXES Field titles across the app are darker and easier to read.

Open a shipment to every carrier, and see what it did for you. OPEN TO ALL CARRIERS A shipment can be opened to every verified carrier on Freightlinq, not only your own list. The card says so while quotes are coming in, shows how many quotes came from carriers you had never worked with, and marks a winner who came in that way as New. A shipment waiting to open by itself says when. The list can be narrowed to just the open ones — and the filter only appears once there is something to show. SHARE WITH YOUR FINANCE TEAM One tap on an awarded shipment writes the note your finance team needs — what was confirmed, what was awarded, what has been paid, what to pay now — with the same figures as the ledger. Check it, edit it, send it on WhatsApp, share it, or copy it. YOUR ACCOUNT You can delete your account from the app. A shipment waiting at the gate can be taken back to the schedule sheet. FIXES Quotes are compared on the number the carrier typed — no tax assumed. A consignee sending their own truck never shows as an open payment. The delete-account sheet fits a phone screen and its buttons reach the bottom.

Loads on a customer's own truck Some customers send their own truck rather than have you arrange one. When you send a load from the schedule, the app now asks which it is. Choose the customer's truck and the load waits under Ready to Dispatch with a single next step — Truck has arrived — where you record the vehicle and driver. From there it moves exactly like any other load: gate, transit, delivery, proof. These loads never go out for quotes and never carry a price, so the app stops asking about them. No quote counter, no bid deadline, and the progress bar shows the four stages the load can actually reach instead of ten with half greyed out. A clearer schedule The schedule tab opens on Summary — how the month is running, where every promised tonne sits, who is furthest behind, and what it is costing — with the sheet one tap away. The cards carry more: tonnes beside the percentage, how many customers are still owed, and how this month's rate compares with last. The month has one sheet now instead of two. Figures are printed in the cells, rows and columns with nothing in them can be hidden, and the customer names and totals stay put while the parts scroll sideways. Smaller things The greeting names the person working, not the account behind them, so you no longer see two names on one screen. Notifications and your profile are now in the top corner of every main screen, not just the schedule. Products and customers moved into Settings, where the rest of your master data lives. The keyboard no longer covers the box you are typing into.
