· Personal map and place library for spots you want to visit and ones you already did
· Document hub keeps passports, confirmations, insurance, and tickets in the right trip
· Packing lists and pre-departure checklists so nothing gets left behind
· Travel Passport turns the countries, cities, and places you've been into a lasting archive
TRAVEL TOGETHER, SPLIT EXPENSES
· Share a trip via invite link and maintain plans and costs together, in sync on every device
· The ledger separates who paid from who joined, so it's clear who owes whom
· No more digging through chats and payment screenshots to settle up
CARE HANDOFF & REMINDERS
· Add handoff notes, home tasks, and pet care before you leave, so longer trips are covered
· Save care lists and reminder preferences by trip, including payments, confirmations, itinerary items, and more
AI IMPORT
Flight orders, hotel confirmations, tickets, PDF itineraries — even pasted text. Hand it to MiTour and it turns into editable transit, stay, or activity entries. Results come as a draft first; confirm the key details, then save.

1.2.7 1d ago
This update improves trip sharing, browsing, expenses and file sync:
- Observer Mode lets family and friends follow a trip with View Only access, without editing plans or being included in schedules and expense splits. Manage viewing and collaboration codes separately; observers can confirm joining through a collaboration code without adding the trip again.
- Trip members and observers appear in separate groups. Observers choose whether to share their phone number. Improved identity selection, cancellation and rejoining; leave the setup page while awaiting confirmation.
- Home adds tomorrow's transport, activities, stays and related documents.
- Browse plans in date order, open at today or the next plan, and keep your browsing position.
- Redesigned expense summaries and filters make amounts, categories, date ranges and related receipts easier to check.
- Share files from their preview through the system share sheet. Receipt images and scans are automatically optimized to use less storage.
- iCloud cleanup removes old copies and deleted-item remnants confirmed safe to remove. Fewer repeated attachment transfers; large files sync over Wi-Fi by default and support on-demand downloads.
- Improved map country filters, packing lists, category editing and dates across time zones, with smoother, more stable and consistent experiences on iPhone and Mac.
For the first launch after updating, Wi-Fi is recommended. Observer Mode requires everyone in that trip to use MiTour 1.2.5 or later. The new attachment sync requires relevant devices and collaborators to use 1.2.6 or later.
1.2.6 Oct 9
MiTour 1.2.5 introduces Observer Mode, so the people who care about you can follow your trip.
New Observer Mode
Invite family and friends to join with View Only access. They can browse shared trip content and receive updates without editing plans, joining travel activities, or sharing expenses.
Separate Invitations for Viewing and Collaboration
Each trip supports separate View Only and Collaboration codes. Generate, renew, or stop each invitation independently. Observers who later want to participate can enter a collaboration code and complete identity setup and confirmation, without adding the trip again.
Clearer Member Groups
The home screen and people page show travelers and observers in separate groups. Observers can choose whether to share their phone number with members of that trip.
Smoother Joining and Collaboration
After submitting a join request, you can leave the setup page and check progress later. Improved identity selection, cancellation, and rejoining after leaving make collaboration recovery and sync more reliable.
iCloud Storage Management
A new iCloud cleanup option removes old copies and deleted-item remnants that are confirmed safe to remove. Fewer duplicate uploads of unchanged content help reduce unnecessary cloud storage use.
Everyday Improvements
Improved country filters on the map, packing lists, and category editing, along with more stable page loading and display.
Once Observer Mode is enabled, everyone in that trip needs MiTour 1.2.5 or later.
1.2.5 Sep 23
This update brings more flexible trip planning, along with improvements to sync and everyday use.
Individual Dates and Routes
Each traveler can set their own dates and destinations within the same trip, whether arriving early, returning later, or exploring separately. Travel groups let members adjust shared plans together.
Planning Without Fixed Dates
Start a trip before your travel dates are confirmed. Add possible destinations and lengths of stay as your ideas take shape.
iCloud Sync and Collaboration
Improved sync efficiency and collaboration reliability. See what is currently syncing and its stage progress, with a better pull-to-refresh experience within trips.
Performance and Interface
Reduced repeated calculations and refreshes of unchanged content. Improved home-screen swiping, trip detail opening, expense pages, and map loading to reduce unnecessary resource use and make the interface smoother and more consistent.
1.2.4 Sep 17
Plan individual dates and routes for each traveler, and adjust shared plans together with travel groups.
