Whether you live in the city or are visiting for a weekend, NoroMap combines practical urban information with a playful way to learn how places connect. THE CITY MAP • Browse points of interest (POIs) with clear categories and icons • Switch between cities and explore neighbourhoods at your own pace • See useful context such as bike-sharing stations, weather, air quality, and more where available • Filter what matters to you—culture, services, safety equipment, and other place types • Save spots to your own list and return to them later • Open provider or area information when you want deeper local context THE GAME Turn exploration into a challenge: • Pick easy or hard difficulty and choose how many goals you want (10, 20, or 30) • Easy mode: numbered markers appear on the map—match each number to the right place name • Hard mode: visit the real location, take a photo with the in-app camera, and prove you are within 10 metres using GPS • Review your results, grade your round, and celebrate when you complete every goal NoroMap is designed for outdoor use: map navigation, location verification, and camera capture happen when you need them, with clear permission prompts on your device. LANGUAGES & ACCESSIBILITY The app supports multiple languages so visitors and locals can use the same experience in their preferred language. Theme and display options help you read the map comfortably in different lighting conditions.
