Food scans can now check for your allergens and your diet. SCAN YOUR FOOD • Choose your allergens and a way of eating - vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, keto or paleo - and every food scan is checked for them. Add halal, kosher or high protein checks if you want them • Allergen notes repeat what the label says: contains, may contain, not listed or no data • Under a scored food, see products of the same kind that score higher and are sold in your country • The sugars a label names are listed for you, and "Labelled organic", "gluten-free", "vegan" and "vegetarian" show when the pack says so • Eleven more colors, preservatives and antioxidants are rated, each with its source • Following a diet? SCAN YOUR FOOD • Scan any food barcode for a score from 0 to 100, with the reasons: nutrition, additives and how processed it is • Tap an additive to see the regulator or study behind its rating • Choose ingredients to keep an eye on - added sugar, seed oils, flavourings, gums, sweeteners, palm oil.
