GYM RPG is a workout tracker and fitness RPG that turns your real training into boss battles. Log your lifts and calisthenics, earn XP and level up a character that grows as you do.
YOUR REAL WORKOUTS POWER YOUR CHARACTER
Train 8 muscle groups: Arms, Legs, Chest, Back, Core, Shoulders, Glutes and Stamina. Every workout you log raises your stats, so the harder you train in real life, the stronger your character gets. Weightlifting, bodyweight, calisthenics, powerlifting and timed cardio like running, cycling and rowing all count.
PARTY BOSS RAIDS WITH FRIENDS
Form a party and take on bosses together. Every finished workout deals real damage. Your party fights one boss together and each member takes a turn per day. Train that day and your hit counts, so everyone helps everyone keep showing up.
PICK YOUR CLASS
Choose Ninja (swift, precise and agile) or Mage (stability and endurance). Your class shapes your gear progression as you train different muscle groups.
SKILL TREE
Spend skill points on attack, defense, health and gold branches. Your level and muscle stats earn the points, and the tree powers your boss fights.
PET COMPANIONS
Adopt a pet that lives on your home screen, reacts to your workouts and keeps you company on rest days. Start with a free cat, or adopt a frog or penguin with gems. Tap your pet once a day for a small reward.
STREAKS THAT FORGIVE A BAD DAY
Keep your workout streak alive, set a streak goal and earn gems when you reach it. Streak freezes cover a missed day, so one busy day does not undo your progress.
DAILY AND WEEKLY QUESTS
Daily quests: work out, log a meal, cheer a friend, message a friend and open the app. Four weekly quests stack on top for bigger XP rewards.
NUTRITION TRACKING
Log meals with food search or barcode scanning. Track calories, protein, carbs and fat. Meet your daily calorie and protein targets to earn a Nutrition Buff with bonus XP and power.
WORKOUT LOG AND EXERCISE TRACKER
Track sets, reps, weight and duration with a full workout history. Push-ups, pull-ups, squats, deadlifts, bench press: every exercise builds your character.
SOCIAL FITNESS
- Chat with your party and send cheers
- Climb the friends and global leaderboards by streak or power
- Unlock achievements, titles, gear, relics and cosmetics as you train
