It is used by couriers, refill staff, maintenance operators, service technicians, and approved field teams who help keep HEYLIM autonomous coffee points running. This is not an app for ordering coffee. HEYLIM Crew is for operational work, including refill tasks, service checks, maintenance support, issue reporting, and field coordination. Access is provided after onboarding and assignment to an active HEYLIM role or region.
