GCK KP is the official mobile business-management app for staff of GCK KP, a paper trading company headquartered in Myingyan, Myanmar.
This app is for company staff only. You'll need an admin-issued account to log in. If you don't have one, please contact your administrator.

Sales Voucher Management
Create customer orders with negotiated per-product pricing. Admin approves; warehouse dispatches automatically.
Customer Credit Auto-Tracking
Balance updates automatically on every voucher approval and payment. Partial installment payments fully supported.
Multi-day Delivery Tracking
Goods can be delivered over multiple days. Real-time progress tracking against original order quantity.
Warehouse Receiving (PRV)
Warehouse staff records incoming stock from suppliers with quantity received and quantity damaged per product line. Admin approval increases inventory.
Damage Reporting with Photos
Document damaged goods at any point — supplier receipt, warehouse storage, or customer return. Photos attached for clear evidence.
Commission Auto-Calculation
Sales staff earn commission on fully-paid vouchers, based on individual commission rates configured by admin.
Multi-Currency Support
MMK and USD accounts tracked separately. Current USD→MMK exchange rate maintained by admin.
Real-time Push Notifications
Instant alerts for voucher approvals, customer credit changes, delivery progress, and important administrative actions.
Company Total Value Report
Live computation of business assets — inventory value + outstanding customer credit + company account balances.
ROLE-BASED ACCESS
The app enforces strict role boundaries:
• Warehouse staff never see pricing (operational data only)
• Sales staff see only their assigned customers
• Shareholders see only financial summaries (no customer details)
• Admins see everything
DATA PRIVACY
GCK KP runs on infrastructure controlled by the company. All data stays inside the company's own database. Encrypted backups are taken hourly during business hours and daily off-hours. See our privacy policy for full details.
