MyBreathing helps you slow down for a moment and find a breathing rhythm that fits how you want to feel. Choose calm, focus, energy, sleep, or simply a mindful pause, then follow the clear on-screen guidance at your own pace.
Pick from a collection of guided exercises, including extended-exhale breathing, box breathing, 4-7-8 breathing, cyclic sighing, alternate-nostril breathing, and more. You can adjust the session length and tempo, then choose the cues that work best for you: animation, voice, soft breath sounds, or haptics.
