Your carts, with a fresh new look. NEW • Your carts now show photos of what you're ordering from each store, along with the total and a View cart button. It's easier to tell your carts apart. • Paid with GCash and the order got cancelled? Your order details now show the refund owed to you, and when it was sent back. i-Pasugo na.

A cart for every store. NEW • Keep a cart at up to five stores at once. Adding from another store starts a new cart and leaves your other carts as they are. • Tap the cart button to see all your carts, with each store's items and total, then check out the one you want. Each cart is its own order. • Placing an order clears only that store's cart. The rest stay for later. IMPROVED • Your current cart carries over when you update. • Payment and priority options at checkout now highlight when you tap them. • Updated for iOS 27.

Order ahead, shop by section, and a faster cart. NEW • Schedule your order: pick a 30-minute slot later today or tomorrow, for delivery or pick-up, at stores that offer it. You can even order ahead while a store is closed. • Shop by section: Food, Groceries, Merkado and Shops now sit at the top of the home screen. Tap one to see just those stores. • Prices by weight or pack: market goods show what the price covers, like "₱180 / kg". • Order below a store's minimum: pay a small order fee instead of adding more items. IMPROVED • Prices stay current: if a store changes a price after you add an item, your cart and checkout show the new price before you order. • Paying by GCash, your total is checked again before you pay. If it changed, you see the new total first. • Changing quantities in the cart and on the menu is now instant. • We ask before clearing your cart. • A tidier cart: your items in one card, a compact note for the store, and a quicker "added to cart" message. • Store pages put the category chips above Best Sellers. • Cancelled orders now show why they were cancelled. • Less data and battery use when your signal keeps dropping. FIXED • The cart total now includes any delivery surcharge, so it matches checkout. • A scheduled order's late-night fee now follows its time slot. • The cart says clearly when an order is below the store's minimum. • The store category filter no longer covers the whole screen.

Deals, right where you start Live promo codes now sit on your home screen. Tap one to copy the code, then use it at checkout. You'll also see how the Buug community is growing, and we'll say hello properly when you come back after a while away. Sold out no longer means cancelled When a store runs out of something, they can now offer you a different item from their menu instead of cancelling your whole order. You review the swap and approve or decline it — nothing on your order changes until you say so. Addresses that start where you are Picking a municipality and barangay now opens the map on that town, with the pin already on the barangay you named. No more panning back from Buug, and no more confirming a place you already chose. Fairer cross-town fares Deliveries between towns are now priced on the real measured road distance, instead of a two-part split. Some routes get cheaper. Plus bug fixes and improvements throughout the app. Thanks for ordering with PASUGO. Salamat, Buug!

PASUGO now delivers to four more towns. NEW TOWNS If you live in Diplahan, Imelda, Malangas or Kumalarang, you can now save your address and order from Buug stores. Your barangay is already in the list, and delivery is priced on the real road distance to your door. A SIMPLER WAY TO ADD AN ADDRESS Choose your municipality first, then your barangay. The map opens on your own area instead of somewhere you have to scroll away from, and only barangays in your town are offered. A CLEARER BILL Orders delivered to another town now show the PASUGO fee on its own line, so the delivery breakdown adds up to exactly what you pay. FIXES • Deleting your account no longer fails if you have a padala • Editing a saved address now moves the map with you when you change town • The delivery fee no longer shows the wrong amount after switching between saved addresses at checkout • Pulling to refresh at checkout keeps the address you selected • "Use my location" works outside Buug Thank you for using PASUGO. Salamat!

PADALA — now you can send a parcel, not just food. Drop a pickup pin and a drop-off pin, add a landmark for each, and a rider comes to collect. Most Buug barangays have no street addresses, so the landmark is what gets your rider to the right gate. • See the full fare before you send. Tap the total for the breakdown — the delivery fee is the rider's, priced by distance to cover their fuel and their time on the road. • Choose who pays: you at pickup, or the receiver on arrival. • Follow your rider on the map, message them on the way, and get a photo the moment your parcel is handed over. • Eight categories, from documents to groceries, and a clear list of what a rider cannot carry. Padala goes beyond Buug — nearby towns like Diplahan are already covered. A NEW HOME SCREEN Open the app and pick what you came for: Food & groceries, or Padala. Below that, "Popular in Buug" shows what people are ordering right now. REPORT A PROBLEM, AND WATCH IT GET FIXED Customers can report from the Help Corner, riders from their profile, merchants from Store Settings. Every report is recorded and you can follow its status, so you always know whether someone is on it. FAIRER DELIVERY FEES We re-measured our pricing against the real roads riders take, and corrected the map pins for BULAAN, GUMINTA and TALAIRAN — 150 routes re-measured in all. FIXES AND POLISH • The peso sign now displays correctly everywhere. It used to show as an empty box on some prices. • Pickup orders no longer show a night-delivery surcharge that did not apply to them. • The home screen now lays out properly on tablets. • Smaller fixes across the customer, rider and merchant apps. Order tracking, rebuilt Your order now opens with an animated status banner and artwork for every stage, so one glance tells you where your food is. The live route on the map is sharper, and every update is written to you in plain language. Edit your cart in place Change an item's options and add-ons straight from the cart, without removing it and starting over. Clearer GCash payments Checkout and tracking now show the store's GCash name and number together, so you can confirm exactly who you are paying before you send. More detailed receipts When a delivery surcharge applies, your receipt names the reason for it, and orders you cancel are clearly marked as cancelled by you. Always see stores that are open Stores now close on their own once their hours are over, so you only browse kitchens that can actually take your order. Never wait on an unanswered order If a store does not respond within 25 minutes, your order is released automatically and you are free to order elsewhere. GCash orders are always reviewed by a person instead. Smoother password reset Reset emails now arrive from PASUGO and take you straight into the app to set your new password. Made for iPad Store browsing, menus and sign-in have layouts built for the bigger screen, with three stores across and comfortably sized forms. Salamat sa pag-order sa PASUGO. Questions or ideas? Reach us any time from the Help section in the app.

Search a store's menu from anywhere — the search bar now stays put at the top as you scroll. Alcohol and other age-restricted items now require a verified account with confirmed 18+ status.
