Create as many trips as you need, personal or professional. Every trip lives on a single screen with its own countdown, schedule, expenses, packing lists, to do list and gift tracker. Current trips, upcoming trips and past trips all appear in one view so you always know what is next and what came before.
EVERYTHING ABOUT YOUR TRIP, AT A GLANCE
Open a trip and the overview reveals it all: the days at your destination, a countdown with a live cursor until departure or return, the percentage packed, the total expenses and the number of gifts purchased. The full picture is right there.
EXPENSES THAT CALCULATE THEMSELVES
Log every expense in any currency. ModePro pulls live exchange rates and converts the total to your base currency on the spot. A graphic traces your spending over time and a tracker displays the percentage spent across all currencies.
PACKING LISTS WITHOUT LIMITS
Create as many packing lists as you want. Photograph each item. Check them off as they go into the bag. Reuse any list for future trips or refine it whenever you need to. A progress bar fills in real time.
GIFTS TRACKED AND COUNTED
Add gifts in any currency, attach a photo and send them straight to your trip expenses. The conversion happens on its own. You always know how much you spent and who it was for.
SCHEDULE BUILT IN
Add flights, tours, check-ins, dinners or anything with a date and time. Events line up in order so you always see what comes next.

A full calendar displays your trip destinations alongside their dates. Scheduled events from any trip and tasks from the Global To Do come together in a single view. Mark tasks and recurring tasks as done straight from the calendar without opening anything else.
TO DO. YOUR WAY.
The global To Do section works independently of any trip. Add personal or professional tasks with a priority level, a category, a date, a time, a checklist and notes. Set them to repeat daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly or yearly. Recurring tasks carry their own control lists and you can attach a photo, take one on the spot or include a PDF or CSV file. A reminder ensures nothing slips. Notifications arrive when a task is due and you can postpone them or mark the task as done directly from the notification.
BUDGET. UNDER CONTROL.
Pick any base currency and set a spending limit by day, week, month or year. A tracker shows the percentage spent and sends a notification when you approach the limit or surpass it. Every expense carries its own currency and gets converted to your base currency automatically. A detailed graphic breaks down where the money goes. Scan receipts to preserve a record and extract the total from the scan. Categorize each expense. Set a recurrence: daily, weekly, every two weeks, monthly, quarterly or yearly. Export your personal or professional budget as PDF or CSV whenever you need it.
INTERACTIVE WIDGETS ON YOUR HOME SCREEN
Eight widgets, each one interactive: Trip Countdown, Next Event, Packing Progress, Budget Overview, Expense Summary, To Do List, Global To Do List and Gift List. A Live Activity places the trip countdown on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
