Welcome to My Kennel: Dog Breeding Game!
Build and manage your own dog breeding kennel, collect and raise dogs, breed puppies, develop your dogs’ skills and grow your kennel over time.
Choose dams and sires carefully, discover pure breeds and unique crossbreeds, explore genetics and pedigrees, compete in dog shows, complete kennel activities and expand your facilities as your kennel grows.
Raise puppies from their first life stage into adult dogs, discover inherited traits and breed combinations, and build generations of dogs with their own family histories. Senior dogs can remain part of your breeding programme, although reduced fertility means conception is not always guaranteed.
Develop each dog through levels, stats, stars, bonding and training. Discover rare genetics, build strong bloodlines and work towards creating successful show and breeding dogs.
Player Score
Every player can build a persistent Lifetime Player Score through achievements and qualifying gameplay. Take part in weekly competitions, climb the weekly rankings and earn rewards for your progress.

I like that there are so many different breeds to mix and the wait times aren’t unreasonable. Breeding rare and legendary dogs is possible without spending real money too, which is also refreshing, it just takes longer. A glitch in mildly annoyed with though is the reward that you are supposed to collect for finishing fails and tasks claim you are supposed to get a mix of energy, money, and gems, but my gem count never goes up despite claim rewards that say I should. I also wish the default for weird mixed breeds wasn’t just the Labrador, maybe work on updating different color mix’s or some basic dog mix that at least eludes to the colors of the different mixed breeds? Regardless, fun game to play in my spare time.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave such a detailed review! 🐾 I’m really pleased you’re enjoying the breeding system, particularly that you feel the rarer dogs are still achievable without having to spend real money. That balance is very important to me.I’m sorry about the issue you’ve experienced with rewards showing Gems but your Gem balance not increasing. That’s definitely something I’d like to investigate. If you’re able to, please contact me using the App Support button on the My Kennel App Store page and let me know which tasks/rewards are showing Gems without adding them to your balance. Screenshots are especially helpful if you have them. You also make a very good point about unusual mixed breeds defaulting to a Labrador. The crossbreeding system is an area I’m actively working on, including giving crossbreeds a much better identity rather than simply falling back to one standard dog appearance. There’s a major My Kennel update currently in the final stages of testing, with lots of improvements and new features on the way, and development certainly isn’t stopping there. You can also visit the new My Kennel website at mykennelgame.com for game information, updates and news about what’s coming next.Thank you again for playing My Kennel and, importantly, for pointing out the things you think could be better. Feedback like this genuinely helps me decide where the game needs improvement. I hope you enjoy watching My Kennel continue to grow! 🐶💜
Great Improvements

I really like the latest update because a lot of the little weird glitches have been fixed. There are also more tasks available to keep the game entertaining. I do think about a new problem I am facing now. I currently have 175 dogs, seven of them being puppies. I have been training all of them to improve for the shows. However, I have to go in each single dog in order to train them. I wonder if it is possible to make a selection in which I could maybe group dogs by gender or stars or some sort of sorting that would allow me to train multiple dogs at the same time. I would also like to do the same with the dog shows that I would be able to select multiple dogs at once. If this is something you can consider, I would really appreciate. Otherwise, amazing work with the update.

Hi asferteibtingto, thank you so much for the 5-star review and for taking the time to share your ideas! I’m really pleased you’re enjoying My Kennel. The idea of being able to offer male dogs for breeding with other players for a fee is a really interesting suggestion, especially for expanding the genetics side of the game, and it’s something I’ll keep in mind as the game continues to develop. You should also be able to name your puppy, so if this isn’t working correctly for you, I’d really appreciate it if you could contact me using the App Support button on the My Kennel App Store page. That will allow me to get a little more information and investigate what is happening.Feedback, suggestions and bug reports are always very welcome and genuinely help me improve the game. I also have a bigger update currently in the final stages of testing, with more improvements and new content coming very soon.Thank you again for your support and for helping My Kennel continue to grow! 🐾
Has potential. I like it

Really enjoying the game! It honestly brings back memories of a game I used to play as a kid lol. I really wish I had played a little more before leaving my first review! One thing I’d LOVE to see eventually is the ability to breed with other players and sell puppies with each other. Being able to bring in different bloodlines to improve stats or traits would add so much more depth to the breeding system.I also think some type of player interaction like forums, threads, messaging, trading, etc. would make the game feel much more alive. Right now, it can get a little repetitive, but being able to communicate with other players, work on bloodlines together, breed with each other, and buy/sell puppies would give everyone so much more to do and explore.A few smaller things I noticed.. Some kennel items, like the rug, only show as an icon rather than actually appearing as a rug in the kennel. The game freezes/glitches a little bit at times. I’ve made a couple of purchases (gems and a dog) and haven’t had any issues with those so far. Overall, I’m really enjoying it and I know the game will continue getting better as it grows and new features are added. These are just some things I’d personally love to see in the future!

Hi! Thank you so much for coming back and leaving such a detailed review. I’m really pleased you’re enjoying My Kennel, and hearing that it brings back memories of a game you enjoyed when you were younger is lovely to hear! 🐾You’ve actually mentioned several things that I’ve been working very hard on behind the scenes. A major update is currently in the final stages of testing, and bringing players together and adding much more depth to the breeding side of My Kennel is a big part of where the game is heading. I don’t want to give everything away just yet, but I think you’ll be very interested in what’s coming! 👀🐶I completely agree about bloodlines, genetics and giving players more reasons to work with other kennels. My aim is for breeding to become much more than simply choosing two dogs, and player interaction is an important part of the future of My Kennel.Thank you as well for letting me know about the smaller issues you’ve noticed. The kennel item displaying as an icon rather than appearing correctly, along with the occasional freezing or glitching, is really useful feedback. Please feel free to contact me using the App Support button on the My Kennel App Store page with any screenshots or details when something doesn’t look or work correctly. Feedback, suggestions and bug reports are always welcome and genuinely help me improve the game.I’m also really pleased to hear that your gem and dog purchases have been working correctly. My Kennel is still growing and there is a lot more planned. You can also check out the new My Kennel website at mykennelgame.com for the latest information about the game, updates and what’s coming next. 🐾Thank you again for playing, supporting My Kennel and taking the time to share all of these ideas. Reviews like yours are incredibly valuable as I continue developing the game, and there’s lots more to come! 🐶💜
I like it!

I actually really enjoy this game! It doesn’t come without it’s problems, and that’s completely understandable. I really appreciate the effort that the developer is making to improve the game and fix bugs. I know I’ve really had fun, despite some of the challenges!I’d love to be able to share some of the problems that I’ve been facing in the hopes of improving the game, so let me know if that would be appreciated, developer! By the way, the last update did significantly improve my game, and this is great for a first app. I know that I could not do any of this. All in all, while it has sometimes been frustrating when things don’t work quite right, I’ve found myself checking in everyday and genuinely enjoying the game. I’m excited to watch it grow and improve!
