ExteriorQuote is built for exterior contractors who want to create professional, accurate quotes on the job — fast.
Create itemized quotes for roofing, siding, decking/woodwork, concrete flatwork, and guttering — all in one app. Each quote can include multiple trade sections, so a single job with a new roof, new siding, and gutter replacement stays organized in one place.
**WHAT'S INCLUDED:**
• Five trade types: Roofing, Siding, Decking/Woodwork, Concrete, Guttering
• Per-section pricing with square footage or linear footage
• Add custom line items and options to any section
• Edit the base rate per section — override the default rate when the job calls for it
• Three customer-facing display modes: summary prices, full breakdown, or total only
• Professional PDF quote generated instantly — includes your company info, customer info, pricing, and your Terms & Conditions
• Send quotes via text or email directly from the app
• Track quote status: Pending, Accepted, or Declined
• Export accepted and declined quotes to CSV for your records
• Bilingual interface: English and Español
• Everything stored on your device — no accounts, no subscriptions, no cloud
**QUOTE DISPLAY MODES:**
You control what the customer sees. By default, quotes show a clean summary — each trade section with its total, plus the grand total. Optionally show full square footage and unit pricing, or strip it down to a total-only view.
**COMPANY PROFILE:**
Set up your company name, license number, phone, email, address, and custom Terms & Conditions once. Every quote you generate automatically includes your company header.
