Wild Posts — a place for the club to talk between events. • Write a post: how a trip actually went, photos and videos, or a question for people who have been there. Bold, italics, lists and links, and you can edit a post afterwards. • Google Photos albums now show as a grid of pictures in the post itself, instead of a link that sent you out of the app. • Tap anyone's name to read everything they have posted, with their photos, the events they have joined and the title they have earned. Host profiles show their rating and how many events they have run. • Follow an author and hear about their next post. Turn post notifications off entirely if you would rather not. • See who liked a post, not just how many. A notification bell, for members and hosts. Everything about you in one list — approved for an event, a payment verified, a message from a host, a new follower, a like on your post. Tap one and it opens what it is about. Points towards a free place on an event. Everything on the What You Can Do list in your profile is now worth points, and enough points is a free place. You also earn when other members like a hiking route, camping spot or post you shared. Likes and comments on hiking routes and camping spots. The gate is locked now, there is water at the second bridge — the things worth knowing before you go. Also in this version: • Photos open in the app, swipe between them and pinch to zoom. • Photos upload far faster, and up to ten at a time on one post. • Hosts can write posts from the Host Portal. • Fixes to the What You Can Do list, hiking route maps, and member photos in Friends.

Notifications now work properly on iPhone. If you weren't getting alerts for messages and events, this release fixes it. • Choose what each group chat notifies you about — every message, only when someone tags you, or nothing at all. • Tag people with @ in group chats and event chats. Start typing a name and pick from the list. • Reply to a message straight from the message menu. • Hosts can now react with emoji in group chats, and tag everyone at once with @all. • Group photos load much faster. For hosts: • The join list now shows the extra people a member is bringing. • Create and edit events with reserved seats, gear lists and bus pickup points — no need to switch to a computer. • Messages, friends and requests now show real profile photos, and names open the person's profile. • New: My expenses. File what you spent for the club with a photo of the receipt and track it through approval.
