Flynt is an AI-powered professional networking product. Every month we introduce you to one person worth connecting with, someone our matching genuinely thinks can help with where you're headed. Then we handle the rest.
HOW IT WORKS
1. Tell us about you — your background, your goals, what you're figuring out next.
2. Get matched — once a month we introduce you to one relevant person, with a clear reason you've been paired and how strong the match is.
3. Talk — suggested talking points give you a head start, so you never face a blank screen.
4. We handle the logistics — scheduling, calendar invites and rescheduling are all one tap away.
MORE THAN A MATCH
• Message your connections directly and keep the momentum going.
• Join Flynt meetups — optional, curated events to meet great people in person, not just on a screen.
• Get to know yourself with quick challenges about how you work best.
• Share your story and what it's taught you — a profile about your journey, not just a job title.
• Earn badges as you reach meaningful milestones.
more Goals and a good tidy-up. Tell Flynt AI who you'd like to meet next and we'll look for them first, chat to Flynt AI support from Messages, and suggest new times instead of declining a chat. Booking links get cover art and more control, plus smoother loading and plenty of small fixes.
1.1.7 22h ago
A little magic at the big moment. Revealing your match now comes with a sound: a soft tick on 3, 2 and 1, then a shimmer of chimes as the card turns. It stays quiet when your phone is on silent. Event match reveals join in too, with a cleaner card and a clearer title, and the stats on the Globe have bigger, easier-to-spot icons.
Fixes: if an event reveal can't be saved, you can now simply try again, and the Flynt logo shows up properly on the sign-in screen in dark mode.
1.1.6 Oct 16
A calmer calendar and a cleverer Flynt AI. You can now change your days and times just by chatting to Flynt AI, and switch on automatic booking so your monthly match lands in your calendar without the back and forth. A chat that's happening right now sits at the top of Upcoming, and booking requests show up there too. Reschedule requests open with who's asking and why, then let you pick a time day by day, or rule a day out altogether. Introductions you've made have a tidier home with simpler cards, and First spark has a colour all of its own.
Fixes: reschedule requests appear without restarting the app, liking someone back refreshes Home straight away, every line of a goals chat now shows, and the keyboard no longer hides the conversation. Community shelves stay still while they load, Account opens in one go, and a page that's slow to load now says so plainly.
1.1.5 Oct 14
A friendlier Flynt, inside and out. You can now tell us how Flynt is going in a quick chat with Flynt AI, straight from Home. Talking points are now Topics to chat about, and the cards around your match have had a tidy-up. If a page can't load you'll get one clear Retry instead of an empty screen, and opening the app offline takes you Home rather than to sign-in. Liking someone back from an email now just works, the weekly poll is a single tap, and Circles moves to Community once you've met your first match. Deleting an account is clearer too, and every pop-up now tells you plainly what happened.
1.1.4 Oct 9
A busy little release. Meet Your goals on the Grow tab: tell Flynt who you'd like to meet next, and it'll put people like that first. Sign-up has had a rethink too: you can now talk your answers instead of typing them, and finishing your profile walks you through what's left, one question at a time. Picking times for an Expert match now happens right in your availability, and when someone asks to reschedule you'll see their offered times laid out by day. Email preferences have a home in your account settings, and past chats now ask how it went.
Fixes: your chats hold on to what you were typing if you pop out of the app, autocorrect lands before you send, long messages no longer get cut off, and tapping a notification takes you straight to what it's about. Plus plenty of small polish across home, sign-up and messages.
Tell us what you're after, and let Flynt do the finding.
1.1.3 Oct 5
What's new

• Finish your profile from Home in one smooth run, ending with your bio.
• Tapping a notification now takes you straight to what it's about, including our new "Help us improve your matches" check-in.

• Have Flynt email someone your invite for you.

• A tidy-up across onboarding, the availability card and your match details.
Here's to your next great conversation.
1.1.2 Oct 1
A smoother way in and a tidier app. Signing up is quicker and easier, notifications that had lost their way now open the right screen, and there's a little polish and a few fixes throughout.
Here's to the next introduction.
1.1.1 Sep 25
What's new
Connect more than one Google Calendar, and let Flynt keep them all in step. Move or call off a group catch-up straight from the app. Close a suggested match you don't want to pursue. Set up a one-to-one with a venue attached, save it as a draft and pick it up later. Circles now have a chat of their own, with names on every message and reaction.
Fixes
Connecting Google Calendar works first time again, no more sign-in screen in a browser sheet. The calendar's numbered tiles now show cancelled meetings too, chats open on the newest message, and the booking assistant no longer eats letters whilst you type. The one-tap hello waves gently from beside the bubble instead of over it. Small tidy-ups throughout.
Say hello to someone new this week.

1.0.18 Sep 11
What's new
We've introduced a world map of who is on Flynt, in the Globe section. Pinch, pan and wander it on your phone, see how far Flynt reaches, and filter it however you like.
Companies have arrived too. Browse the directory, sort it your way, prioritise the ones you'd love to meet, and chat in company Circles.
Elsewhere, event cards now show who's coming, the recurring calendar tells you when the next one lands and lets you edit it in place, and signing up is gentler with the name and workplace steps split apart.
Fixes
Message works from circle profiles and connection cards, chat slots show in your own timezone, and the booking flow stays put instead of closing on you. Keyboards behave, dark mode's had a polish, and the Details tab no longer greets you with raw code.
Go on, the world's a little easier to explore now.
1.0.17 Sep 7
Your connections list now tells the whole story. Every connection says how you met, via a Flynt event, via Flynt matches or via a booking link, and anyone still waiting on your feedback rises to the top. Chat times now show in your own timezone, so the slot you tap is the slot you get. Event feedback had a tidy-up too: the keyboard stays out of your way, the buttons stay put, and we will not ask you to swap details with someone you already know. Plus plenty of small fixes, from notifications that land in the right place to cards that no longer stretch as they load.
1.0.15 Aug 27
What's new
The events you've booked now sit alongside your chats in the Calendar and on your home screen, so everything you've said yes to lives in one place. Organisers can ask a question or two when you register, you can see who else nearly made it, and comments now show who's organising and who's from the Flynt team. If a calendar invite goes astray, you can send it to yourself again.
Fixes
Expert members are no longer offered a bill they don't owe. Late bookers see an honest picture of their matches rather than a clock that has already run out, and reveal cards have stopped repeating themselves. There's a tidy-up of the event cards too, so they sit properly next to everything else.
1.0.14 Aug 20
Your in-person meet-up reveal just got the moment it deserved. There's a proper countdown, a little confetti, and the card flips to show who you'll be meeting. Fancy watching it again? Now you can.
We've also given the event page a tidy-up, brightened things in light mode, and stopped a few notifications from giving the surprise away early.
1.0.13 Aug 18
What's new
Pick your availability for every Friday of the month in one go, and if a monthly match falls through we'll try to find you a new one. You can now edit your own messages, see the date as you scroll a long chat, and the app follows your phone's light or dark setting with a much tidier dark mode all round.
Fixes
Replies keep their quote, reactions no longer celebrate twice, and stuck messages send properly. Updating your times no longer cancels a reschedule you've asked for, recurring catch-ups stay on the weekday you chose, and event match suggestions no longer show the same person twice. Plus plenty of small polish behind the scenes.
1.0.12 Aug 17
What's new
Dark mode is here. Flynt now follows your phone, so it goes dark when your phone does. You can still choose Light or Dark yourself under Appearance in your account settings.
Your match card now does something useful when a meeting has to move. If you asked to reschedule you can update your availability while you wait to hear back. If someone asked you, you can see the times they have offered before you open the picker, and you can tell us if none of them work.
You can edit a message you have already sent. Scrolling back through a conversation now shows you which day you are reading.
What's fixed
"Contact support" now opens the support form, so your message reaches the team and starts a conversation you can reply to.
We save the availability you actually picked.
An old reschedule request no longer hides a new match.
Calendar notifications take you to the right place.
The keyboard now drops out of the way when you send a message. Empty avatars are gone.
Photos load faster and more reliably.
The app recovers on its own when something goes wrong instead of getting stuck.
1.0.11 Aug 14
What's new
Reactions have been reworked. Pick Celebrate, Love or On fire, each with its own animation when it lands in the chat.
Your profile now matches what you see on the web. You can edit your role. Longer About sections sit behind a Read more button instead of filling the page.
The meetings you already have are listed in one place so you can manage them from there.
Circles now appear in Messages. After a catch-up we will ask how it went.
The "+" menu in a chat is tidier, with sending an attachment as the first option.
What's fixed
We fixed a bug where tapping a notification took you to the home screen instead of the thing it was about. A notification about your availability now opens the availability picker. One about a new message opens that conversation. Links shared from emails behave the same way, even if you need to sign in first.
We fixed a crash that could take the app down at login for members with an unusual availability slot saved.
We fixed a bug where photos you sent did not show up for anyone reading the conversation on the web.
We fixed a bug where the "Stay in the loop" screen kept appearing after you had already turned notifications on.
We fixed a bug where some job titles were showing up as "Other", both on profiles and when asking someone to meet.
We fixed a bug that stopped members who joined after a cycle had started from submitting their availability.
We fixed a bug where the "+" menu in a chat opened behind the keyboard.
We fixed a bug where rescheduling did not always handle timezones properly.
Plus plenty of smaller fixes across booking, calendar and profile.
1.0.10 Aug 10
This update brings a range of experience improvements across Flynt. You can now share group booking links, so it's easier to invite people along. We've also tidied up the interface to feel cleaner and more consistent, with a few small fixes throughout. Thanks for using Flynt.
1.0.9 Jul 25
Say hello to Circles — a warmer way to stay connected. Find the people at your company and reconnect with old colleagues you'd like to keep in touch with, all in one place.
We've also fixed a few things: rescheduling now shows the right day, incoming connection requests appear properly in the app and tapping a notification takes you exactly where it should. Badges are clearer too, with a little visual polish throughout.
1.0.5 Jul 19
A tidy little update to keep things running sweetly. We've squashed a pesky crash that turned up when you tapped logout (terribly sorry about that one). Popping in your availability now behaves itself properly, and we've added a touch more polish to events and match reveals. A handful of small fixes sprinkled throughout, too. Go on, your next connection is waiting.
1.0.4 Jul 7
More polish, more snap. We've smartened up the login screen, squashed a bug that was messing with your availability for monthly matching and made a bunch of other improvements throughout the app. Plus, everything moves a touch faster now. Everything you need to keep meeting people, without any of the faff.
1.0.3 Jul 6
Flynt now supports a full dark theme that users can switch between from Profile settings. We've also added Swap Notes alongside bug fixes and performance improvements.
1.0.2 Jun 28
Performance improvements and bug fixes.
1.0.1 Jun 22
Goals and a good tidy-up. Tell Flynt AI who you'd like to meet next and we'll look for them first, chat to Flynt AI support from Messages, and suggest new times instead of declining a chat. Booking links get cover art and more control, plus smoother loading and plenty of small fixes.
