RACE, THEN IT SETTLES
Nobody is charged until after race day. Your official chip time settles the conditional pledges. Charity money goes through whatever happens.

Pledges are made on the SHIFT website. SHIFT adds a 6% platform fee on top of each pledge, so the full pledge reaches the split the backer chose.
