Royal Theaters Systems is the all-in-one management companion for Royal Theaters staff. Designed for managers and team members at Blackfoot Movie Mill, Paramount Idaho Falls, and Centre Twin, the app gives you real-time visibility into showtime schedules, ticket sales, and customer support — all in one place.
Showtimes & Schedules
See today's full schedule at a glance or look ahead to tomorrow and custom dates. Switch between your home theater or view all three locations at once. The By Show view presents each movie with its title, rating, runtime, and per-showtime capacity so you always know what's filling up. The By Screen view flips to a live timeline grid showing every auditorium side by side, with a live "NOW" indicator that updates in real time. Color-coded capacity badges — green, yellow, orange, and red — make it immediately clear which shows need attention.
Seat Maps
Tap any reserved-seating showtime to open an interactive seat map. See exactly which seats are available, sold, or reserved across the auditorium layout.
Sales History & Analytics
Track ticket performance over the last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days. A daily bar chart shows trends at a glance, with a tap-to-highlight interaction that surfaces per-day details: tickets sold, capacity percentage, and the top-performing title. A stats grid surfaces your average daily sales, best day, sold-out show count, and total shows. The Top Movies ranking shows which titles drove the most revenue across the selected window.
Help Center Inbox
Manage customer support tickets without leaving the app. Filter by status — Active, Unread, Open, Waiting, or Resolved — and by location. Read full message threads, reply with a custom signature, mark tickets resolved, and reassign them between theaters. Outbound messages display delivery receipts so you always know if your reply reached the customer.
Push Notifications
Managers and admins can opt in to push alerts for new tickets and customer replies — per region, so you only hear about the locations you cover.
Royal Theaters Systems is an internal tool for authorized Royal Theaters management staff. A company-issued account is required to sign in.

• Volumes — the day's showtimes become a timed run sheet for each auditorium: close the doors, volume up, theater checks and turnover. Scan the QR code in the auditorium to complete each check.
• Customers — look up a guest by email, phone, card or receipt and see their order history, loyalty balance and credits. Authorized staff can adjust loyalty.
• Movies — edit movie details and posters, and manage the Coming Soon list shown on the website and lobby screens.
• Day notes on the rentals calendar, plus improvements to rentals and invoices.
• Fixed Help Center and job application notifications not arriving on some phones.
• New app icon, with light and dark versions.
• Now supports iOS 18 and later.
