With Rialto Key, you can add your building access pass to your mobile wallet for convenient tap-and-go access using your compatible phone or smartwatch. Your digital pass provides access based on the permissions assigned to you and your tenancy. Elevator calling Call an elevator directly from your phone and select your destination without using the lift lobby controls. Rialto Key recognises your location within the building and displays the floors available to you. Designed for seamless access Rialto Key brings building access and elevator calling together in one simple experience, helping you move through Rialto with ease. To use Rialto Key, your organisation must first arrange your building access. Once your access is ready, you’ll receive an invitation with instructions to set up your account and add your digital access pass.
