HOW IT WORKS
1. CAPTURE WORK DRIVES
Use automatic trip drafts when tracking permissions are enabled, or add a drive manually when needed. Location and motion permissions are used for mileage capture, not advertising.
2. REVIEW WHILE DETAILS ARE FRESH
Classify each trip as:

- Personal
- Commute
Add a purpose template, client/job label, site type, and note so each business trip is easier to understand later.
3. EXPORT CLEANER RECORDS
Review monthly, quarterly, or yearly totals and share:
- CSV exports
- PDF mileage summaries

- Deduction estimates based on your mileage rate
