Workspace Sync
Your shared team directory
Only for iPhone
Free · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
iPhone
Workspace Sync delivers your company's directory to your phone — and keeps it always current.
When your organization uses Workspace Sync, the colleagues your administrator has shared appear on your phone: name, photo, phone, email, job title, department. No manual adding on your part. As your company directory is updated — people join, change roles, or update phone numbers — those changes flow through to your phone.
WHAT YOU GET
• Always-current colleague directory
• Search any name, role, or department in one tap
• Colleagues in your phone's Contacts, so you see who's calling (optional, you choose)
• Quick actions: call, SMS, or WhatsApp from contact card
• Favorites on top, A–Z by first name
• Works offline — your last directory stays on your device
HOW IT WORKS
Sign in with your work Google account. If your organization uses Workspace Sync, your colleague directory appears immediately. No setup required from you.
PRIVACY & DATA
We only sync directory data your administrator has chosen to share: name, photo, phone, email, job title, department and similar standard fields. Manager hierarchy and custom HR fields are never synced. We never access your personal email, calendar, or files.
FOR ADMINISTRATORS
If your organization isn't yet using Workspace Sync, your IT admin can learn more at workspace-sync.com — setup takes about 15 minutes via a read-only service account, no MDM required.
REQUIREMENTS
• Requires an active Google Workspace account at your organization
• Your organization must be set up on Workspace Sync
