• Managing multiple playlists is now easier: channels, movies, and TV shows from all playlists are available in one place. You can control the TV guide separately for each playlist. • The sports channel search uses improved logic to find more channels for each game, prioritizing channels in your language. An automatic preview helps you check the broadcast. If a channel drops out, the app suggests another one showing the same game. • On iPhone Duo, watch the game on one page and view channels, previews, and scores on the other.

• Channels heal themselves: when one stalls, the app renews just its link and tells you what it’s doing. • iPad and iPhone Duo show live TV, movies and TV shows in one view – the picture above, its companion below, the controls always in the same place. • A sleep timer that ends playback completely, a title for every movie in the player, and “Continue Watching” first on Home. • A polished interface on iPhone, iPhone Duo, iPad and Mac.

• More control over the parent code: you decide how long an entry counts – every time the app opens, after minutes, once a day or only when switching profiles. • Zoom past “Fill”: pinch up to 8× and move around the picture with one finger. • Dock and full screen switch without a jump when you rotate; lost live folders come back on their own.

• Live TV shows only the folders in your library. Everything else waits under “Hidden” and comes back with a tap. • “All channels” counts every channel, folder or not – and a late answer from your provider no longer wipes your folders. • Low Data Mode: the app tells you that pictures and details load once it’s off. After a sync the app stays smooth while the search index builds.

• Your feed plays: live channels and movies run right in the card, with sound if you like. • Hide several folders at once, and bring anything hidden back from one place in Settings. • iPad and Mac: the feed as a grid, the preview starts under the pointer.

• Live TV, reorganized: your channels and lists on top, your provider's folders below, the guide on a timeline. • Recently watched: your last channels as cards, one tap to play. • Search: a channel you find plays right on top, the results stay below.

• WebIPTV in the car: channels, sports, movies and series now in CarPlay too. • Collections: every movie page lists the whole franchise, and the next movie is ready when the credits roll. • Live TV starts faster and more reliably, and the Home trailer now plays as a card on the key art, without black bars.

• Assign player gestures: swipes, double taps and hold control brightness, volume, channels or skipping. • Speed from 0.5× to 2×, hold for 2×, and a button to rotate to landscape. • Subtitles your way: size, font, color, outline or shadow, background and position, with four presets or your system setting. • Choose and order the tab bar, and pin channels, teams or lists as tabs.

• Live TV, refreshed and faster: one channel per row, crisp logos, and what’s on next right beside it. • Refined for iPhone Duo: unfolding, playback and scrolling feel noticeably smoother. • Upgraded player engine: movies resume instantly with picture and sound, and the sleep timer ends playback reliably.

• Movie and TV show pages, completely redesigned: one big title picture, every episode as a card, the cast with photos – and a tap picks up right where you left off. • Noticeably smoother: Home, the TV guide and lists respond faster and scroll more calmly.

• Take your movies and shows with you: one tap downloads a movie, an episode or a whole season, ready for the plane or train. • Keep programs from Replay, and let the next episodes of your show download by themselves. • Steadier playback, a calmer Multiview and lots of polish.

• Your library, your look: pick your favorite poster or the perfect background for movies and series – every artwork full size, easy to swipe through. Your choice syncs to your devices via iCloud. And if a title is ever recognized wrong, you can fix the match right there. • Replay, even better: find what you missed with its own filter in search. Jumps in Replay are more precise, too, and take you exactly where you want to be. • Long series, sorted right: when your provider delivers every episode in a single season, the app can split them into the right seasons automatically. • Search faster, find more: the keyboard is ready right away. Before you even type, you see your recent searches and your watchlist. And for titles that share a name – like One Piece the anime and the live-action series – you now find both. • More color for your channels: the cards on Home take on the color of each channel's logo – for a more cohesive look and easier orientation.

• Jump straight to the goal: when you watch a match in Replay, goals, red cards and VAR are marked on the player's bar. "Last highlight" takes you back to the moment – from the live picture too. • Match center: both lineups, stats (possession, shots, corners …) and the match's highlights – each a jump into Replay. For the big leagues there's the official summary too. • "Where's it on?" finds more channels: English-language channels and those of both teams' countries, plus a note when a streaming service shows the match. • "From kickoff" starts at the real kickoff, not the scheduled one. Watching a match from the start keeps the goals hidden until you want to see them. • A more reliable picture: no black screen is left behind after switching channels or versions – not with picture in picture either. And a swipe to the next channel always lands on the next channel. • Your Watchlist keeps a channel listed once after a version switch – with its program. • Performance improvements and bug fixes.

• Replay (Beta): catch up on the last 48 hours – on channels your provider archives. Use the day button next to search, or "On Replay" on Home. • "Now" in the day button brings every channel row back to what's on. • A steadier picture: when a channel's connection drops, the player switches on its own to the sturdier delivery – with every audio track and subtitle. • When a channel stutters or sound and picture drift apart, the player offers another version and asks: "Is it better now?" You can start it yourself with "Picture or sound broken." • Channels that aren't broadcasting show a clear note instead of a black screen. • Your Watchlist lists each channel once; arrange them under "Manage channels." • A calmer feed: the card you watched from is still there when you come back. • In landscape, swipe to change channels; the docked player has 10 seconds back and forward. • Performance improvements and bug fixes.

• Replay: go back up to 30 minutes in the current program – timeshift with preview images while you scrub. • Faster: channels start sooner. • New player: channels and movies play smoothly, even with demanding streams. • Picture in Picture and Lock Screen: movies keep playing – with title and artwork on the Lock Screen. • Language in one place: app language, audio and subtitles under Settings › Language. • The EPG is there – even when your provider sends no EPG data. • Performance improvements and bug fixes.

• New player: channels and movies start faster and play smoothly, even with demanding streams. • Rewind live TV: go back up to 30 minutes in the current program, with preview images while you scrub. • Picture in Picture and Lock Screen: movies keep playing – with title and artwork on the Lock Screen. • Language in one place: app language, audio and subtitles under Settings › Language. • The TV guide stays filled – even if your provider's own guide goes down. • Performance improvements and bug fixes.

• Multiview: Watch up to four channels at once, right in the player. Tap a window to hear its audio, or swipe to change the channel. • A clearer TV guide below the picture and a player with smooth fade transitions. • On iPad, the feed appears in a clear grid. • Performance improvements and bug fixes.

• Live TV now works in portrait too, with the TV guide below the picture. Switch to another tab and the show keeps playing in the mini player • Movies and shows start in your language. The version you last played stays selected for that title • Light or dark appearance, matching your iPhone or your own choice • Select and reorder channels • The app is now also available in Italian • Performance improvements and bug fixes

• Sharper search: channels show up from the second letter, even with a typo • The Live TV search field works in every view and also searches your provider's categories • Sports: the channel finder for leagues and teams understands typos, accents and other scripts • Performance improvements and bug fixes

• Pick language and picture quality right on the movie and TV show page • Every version of a TV show in one place, with episode count • Restore from iCloud in seconds • French and Spanish (beta) • Player: language, subtitles and version in one menu • Watchlist as a filter for movies and TV shows • Sports: full schedule, standings for every league • Performance improvements and bug fixes

Trailers on Apple TV – and channels in every alphabet. • Apple TV: the stage plays the trailer, Play turns the sound on • iPhone: TV shows play their trailer • Search finds channels in every alphabet, transliteration included • Movie text and genres in the device's language • Home shows what's on now when there are no movies • Apple TV: the sports filter applies to the whole page • Racing teams wear their badge • Apple TV HD starts reliably with large catalogs • iPhone: smoother scrolling on Home and in the Feed One purchase for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. Your TV as a feed: one page showing what is on now, what you meant to finish, and what airs tonight — ordered by what you actually watch, and in your language. Switch it on in Settings under "Customize feed", where you also decide which sections appear and in which order. New when you stream to the TV: once the picture is on AirPlay, the player hands your phone back. Keep browsing while the movie plays. If it is sport, one button takes you to the scores — and they refresh more often while you watch. In short: • A feed instead of a channel list — switch it on under "Customize feed" • AirPlay: the picture plays over there, your phone stays free • Player: tidier controls, its own layout in landscape • A picture-size switch for when black bars get in the way • Films and shows show their own running time again • A grab at the timeline lands where you aimed • Playlist import finds channels it used to miss • iCloud status reports your profiles correctly again Connect once, and one purchase covers iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. A new device should carry on where the old one left off. On Apple TV — and on any iPhone with iCloud Drive switched off — it did not: restore offered your subscription and then stopped short, even though everything was sitting in your iCloud. That is fixed. Your provider, your lists and your watchlist arrive on the new device in full, without typing credentials again. Everything else is as it was: your own guide, a sports hub that tells you which of your channels is showing the match, and a library instead of a list. A playlist arrives with thousands of channels. Most of them you never want, and the one you are looking for you cannot find. So you build the row above the guide yourself. Pin categories, make your own lists — "Evening", "Sport", "For the kids" — and the arrow keys then zap through those channels only. Search shows each channel once instead of five times in five resolutions. It looks through everything your subscription carries, and it forgives typos. Press and hold to see the picture before you switch. For sport it answers the question that matters: which of your channels is showing the match? Kick-off, score, one button. In international ties, the languages of the two clubs come first. And the same film in five versions is one poster with a versions button, not five rows. Search that answers at a glance. Every result now says what it is — film, series, channel or programme, in its own colour — plus the language, the quality and your provider's own category. With five rows carrying the same name, that is the whole difference. One series is one row. Where your provider carries the same show several times, you see "7 versions" instead of seven entries. The first time you play it, the app asks which version you want — and remembers. Sport reads like a sports page: crests large enough to recognise the fixture without reading, a photograph of the circuit behind a race, and a clear line under the clock telling you when it starts. The app is now rated 4+. Also fixed: playback starts reliably again on a freshly installed device. And some streams were treated as finished the moment they began, without a single frame having played — that is gone.
