A visual amaro guide with bottle-aware cocktail browsing, family-based swaps, and a personal liquor cabinet.
Bitter Cabinet helps you make sense of amaro: what the bottles taste like, how they relate to each other, and which cocktails you can make with the bottle already on your shelf.
Browse a visual recipe library, save bottles to your liquor cabinet, and filter drinks around what you have. Each recipe highlights the amaro family, strength, glassware, ingredients, and simple steps, with substitutions grouped as close swaps or flavor-changing alternatives.
Use the guide to learn the core amaro families, from red bitters and dark cola-spice bottles to carciofo, fernet, alpine, rhubarb, and gentian-driven aperitifs. Bottle profiles explain what to buy first, what is commonly available in US liquor stores, and what belongs on the special-find watchlist.
Built for cocktail people and curious beginners, Bitter Cabinet is part field guide, part recipe book, and part smarter liquor cabinet.
