Socratic OC
Socratic Mentoring, Your Way!
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Socratic OC connects Orange County students with mentors who teach the way you actually learn.
Start with a quick learning-style quiz! Visual, auditory, reading/writing, or hands-on and get matched with mentors who teach in that style. From there, everything you need is in one app:
• Find & book mentors: Browse verified tutors by subject, see ratings and response times, message them directly, and book lessons in a few taps.
• Socratic-method tutoring: Our mentors use guided questioning to build real understanding, not just answers, so confidence and grades improve together.
• School Course Planner: Search real course catalog data, check terms and instructors, and build out your quarter plan right in the app.
• Notes, flashcards & study guides: Capture what you're learning and review it later, all organized by subject.
• Schedule & reminders: See upcoming sessions on a built-in calendar and never miss a lesson.
• Subject communities: Connect with other learners and mentors in Chem, Math, Physics, Writing, Biology, History, and more.
• Built for how you learn: Dyslexia-friendly font, high-contrast mode, and other accessibility options are built in.
Whether you're catching up, getting ahead, or prepping for a test, Socratic OC pairs you with the right mentor and the right tools to get there.
