Nexcart Ops is a team operations platform for sellers who do live streams on Whatnot, TikTok Shop, and similar platforms. It pulls your finance, warehouse, sales history, and team chat into one app, then adds an AI analyst that actually understands your data.
WHAT YOU GET
• Dashboard — Real-time monthly GMV, gross profit, net profit, and weekly GMV trend, broken out by platform.
• Finance — Track recurring vs one-off costs by category, browse any past month, see the gap between revenue and total cost month by month.
• Warehouse — Barcode scanner, photo-to-inventory (AI reads the packing list off the box), per-size inventory tracking, one-tap restock for repeat boxes, outbound flow that picks specific sizes.
• Live-stream recap — Log every show with GMV, buyers, items, and notes. Filter your history to see what's working. Built-in data-health card flags missing fields so your analytics stay clean.
• AI product analyst — Ask "should I buy these heels?" or upload a photo of a sample box. The analyst pulls your sales history, infers your current customer profile, searches the live web for retail pricing and trend signals, and gives you a rational verdict you can debate with. Toggle deep mode for full multi-step analysis; default mode stays fast for daily Q&A.
• Voice-to-data — Tap to record during a live, get a clean sales-record transcript afterward.
• Industry brief — Daily summary of platform rule changes, AI tool releases, cross-border logistics, and live-commerce trends — three must-reads up top, the rest one tap away.
• Training Q&A — RAG over your team's internal knowledge base so new staff can self-serve answers without bothering managers.
