Arabic and Norwegian PalStream now speaks both, right-to-left layout included. Switch under Settings > App Language. Your place is kept Scroll deep into a category, open something, come back — you land exactly where you left off instead of near the top. Full watch history A new screen groups everything you have watched by month, with filters for films, series and channels, and a search box. A show's episodes collapse into one row per month, so one long binge no longer buries everything else. Up Next, with a way out When an episode ends, a card names the next one and counts down eight seconds, with Play Now and Cancel. It used to jump straight in with no warning. A better player Redesigned controls, a wider scrubber that is easier to land on, and a tidier settings menu. Fixes • Opening a title from Favourites no longer crashes. • The screen no longer dims and locks in the middle of a film. • A failed refresh now says so and offers Retry, instead of spinning and quietly vanishing. • A server hiccup no longer takes the whole app down — your downloads and your cached browsing stay available. • Downloads no longer count against your iCloud storage, check for free space first, and tell you when one fails. • New "Download over Wi-Fi only" setting, on by default. • A mistyped password is caught while you add the playlist, not two screens later. Accessibility Twenty icon-only buttons gained VoiceOver labels, each poster now reads as one item instead of four, and Reduce Motion is respected throughout.

Smoother, everywhere. This release is a large performance pass across iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV. Scrolling your library — the Home rails, and the Movies, Series and Channels grids — is substantially smoother, and the long stalls that used to interrupt a scroll are gone. Apple TV improved the most. Faster search. Searching your library no longer freezes the interface while you type. Results keep up with you even on very large playlists. Better recommendations. "More Like This" and "Recommendations" now show 20 titles instead of 10, and no longer offer back a title you just came from — so moving from one title to the next always gives you something new to look at. More to browse in every category. Category rails on Movies, Series and Channels now show 20 items instead of 10, and end with a "Show More" tile that opens the full category. Fixed • Fixed a crash on the Home screen that could occur when the same favourite series had been added on more than one device.

This update is all about polish: more reliable playback and clearer ways to keep track of what you’ve watched. See what you watched at a glance Finished movies, episodes, and fully-watched series now show a Watched checkmark right on their posters. You’ll see it across Home, browsing, search, recommendations, and Favorites, so your progress is always easy to spot. Control playback from anywhere PalStream now supports your lock screen, Control Center, media keys, and AirPods or Bluetooth remotes. Start, pause, seek, and skip, plus jump straight to the next episode, without opening the app. Smarter recommendations and faster discovery More Like This now surfaces truly related titles using shared cast, directors, and genres. Search is also smarter, looking across cast, year, and category, so queries like Will Smith or comedy 2024 return exactly what you expect. A fresh Home every day Featured and popular rails now rotate daily, so there’s always something new to discover, even when you’re offline. More reliability across playback We fixed playback losing your spot when you quit or your device goes to sleep, improved Recently Viewed for live channels, and resolved several Apple TV playback hiccups. Parental controls are now properly enforced on every screen across all platforms.

Automatic Content Refresh: Keep content up to date automatically with configurable background refresh intervals. Choose refresh at startup or every 1, 3, 7, or 14 days. Updates run quietly in the background with a smooth bottom progress indicator so you always know when the app is refreshing. Daily Rotated Home Feeds: Your homepage now feels consistently fresh. Featured and popular lists rotate daily in memory using a local cache pool, so you’ll see new recommendations every day without waiting for a full reload. Enhanced Content Discovery: We brought back the “More Like This” strip on Movie and Series detail pages. Explore similar titles instantly based on shared cast, directors, and genres, making it easier to find what to watch next. Clear Playback Warnings: Playback issues are now easier to understand. If a channel, movie, or episode has a broken URL or is missing from your playlist, the app shows a clear warning alert advising you to check with your provider instead of failing silently.
