MulchDeck: Land Clearing
Quote jobs. Know your cost.
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Quote jobs in minutes. Know your cost per acre.
Bidding and job management for forestry mulching and land clearing contractors. Built for this trade, not general field service software adapted to it.
Bid from the driveway
Type the property address. MulchDeck pulls the county parcel boundary onto a satellite map, so your acreage comes off the real property lines instead of a hand traced guess. Trim the polygon to the work area, tag vegetation density and terrain, and your saved rate card fills in the price. One tap builds a branded PDF quote with the map, the acreage, and the line items. Email it before you pull off the property.
Know what the job actually cost you
Build each machine's cost per hour from what you really paid: purchase price, interest, insurance, useful life, fuel burn, and operator wage. Crews log hours, fuel, and carbide teeth from the field. When the job closes you see estimated revenue against actual cost, in green or red. No more finding out in February that you lost money in June.
Runs the job after you win it
- Jobs move Lead, Estimate, Scheduled, Active, Complete
- Crew schedule: who is on which job tomorrow
- Labor hours: one entry per person per day, the paper timesheet without the paper
- A job notepad the whole crew shares, gate codes and all
- Before and after photos, GPS tagged, exportable as a branded PDF
- Invoices with line items pulled from the accepted quote
- Equipment tracking with hour meters and maintenance logs
- Daily digest email so owners see everything and crew sees their jobs
Works where the work is
Full offline support. Log the job on rural acreage with no bars and everything syncs when service comes back. Web, iPhone, and Android on the same account.
Flat pricing
$149 a month, unlimited users. No per seat charges. Customers pay you directly by check, cash, or card. MulchDeck never touches the money and takes 0% of your revenue.
