Getting started - While you set up your first scan, a Not now button lets you skip it, look around the app, and scan when you're ready. - The screen that helps you stand your phone up shows a picture of the setup and tells you which way to tilt it. It only turns green once the phone is resting on its own. - Setup mentions up front that you'll need a book or box to stand your phone against.

Talk to the founder - Settings has a new row, Talk to the founder. Tap it to email Rahul, who builds Postural, about anything you'd like added. - The email includes your app version, iOS version, device model and language, so Rahul can answer without asking for them. You can delete those details before you send it.

Choosing a plan - The annual plan now comes first, and both plans are laid out so you can compare them at a glance. - Restore purchases sits at the top of the screen, where you can reach it at any text size. - The note about a trial converting to a paid subscription now appears only when the plan you've picked has a trial. About Postural Age - It now lists the two measurements that set your Postural Age and the three we measure but don't count, each with its reason. - It also says where each threshold comes from: a licensed physiotherapist set where both measurements start adding years, one limit comes from a published study, and one is our own estimate. That study is now in the research list in the app. After a scan - If head level doesn't read on a scan but head position does, the note under your score now compares it with your last scan instead of asking you to scan again.

Sign-in fixes - If Sign in with Apple or Google doesn't work on your device, email is now a full option on the sign-in screen rather than a small link at the bottom. - If your email isn't recognised, the app now offers to create an account instead of leaving you at an error. More accurate side scans - When you turn for the side photo, Postural now waits until your head has turned with your body. Looking back at the phone moves the landmark it measures your neck angle from, and that angle is most of your Postural Age. - The scan talks you through the side photo so there's nothing on screen you need to watch. - The setup screen now asks you to fix your eyes on a spot on the wall at eye level, which keeps your head still for both photos. Because side scans are measured more carefully now, a scan taken in this version may read slightly differently from one taken before it. Later scans remain comparable with each other.
