A new Home. Your meetings sit at the top under Calendar, with today's weather, and a tap switches between today, this week and this month. Tap the Today heading to switch to a pinned job, or hold and slide. Tick several tasks and they leave together, with one Undo. The tab bar is icons only, and every tab opens with the same top row. Hold a task to carry it to another job, space or day. Undo puts it back. Hold a task, then pull it right to make it a sub-task of the one above. Mentioned clients, subs and teammates show their face in task titles. Quick add no longer covers the whole screen, and Done closes it at once. Empty pages say what to do first and offer one action. Job drawings come in sets of sheets you can arrange by hand. Search finds estimates, invoices, notes and photos, and forgives typos. A change order is a full page with lines, a note and a PDF. The daily log now fills in the weather. Sales totals match the web app.

Mark up a plan with your finger. Eight pens and three weights draw a line, an arrow, a box, a circle, a cloud or a fat highlighter straight onto the sheet — the same layer the office sees. Share one sheet, marked up or clean. Estimates keep their history. A History sheet says who changed what and when, and Restore to here puts an earlier version back. Lines edit in place, and Sales reads by client with each facility under its account. Every job opens the same way. Money, Work, Schedule and Plans stand at the head, This week carries what's due, and the phone reads like the laptop. Projects is a register. Jobs sit in status bands with their totals, the name leads, and the contract sits at the right. Activity, under the bell. See what the team did today, and open a page per person with their work on it. Spaces get their own drawings, a section can wear a mark, and the Inbox is a tray that fills when work is waiting. Sync is instant again between the phone and the web, notes keep the formatting you paste, and a job's address, client and kind can all be changed from the phone. Also: a shorter workspace name for the app, a Plan and features page in Settings, faster task loading, and fixes to sign out, the quick-add ladder and the sign-up form.

Your first week, front to back. Sign in, answer one question, and land inside an example job with four things to try: tick a task, open the estimate, log the day by voice, see what the client sees. Home carries three doors for the week; each marks itself done from what you actually did. Drawings. The first open, the job covers and each empty screen carry hand-drawn illustrations, in your own accent colour. One place to add a task. The + opens the full task sheet: type it the way you'd say it, pick a day on the date page, add a photo or a sub, and it files itself. Tasks can be due tonight. Home leads with the day: today's list, a folding calendar, and the Inbox a tap away. Subs and clients. A job's Subs page holds each sub's portal link. Client pages keep notes. Faster. Screens load only what they show, and the bell badge appears without a wait. Also: a Notifications page, a date picker that reads in words, plan zoom past fit, and fixes to account deletion and the Undo toast.

Pick your accent color - it flows through buttons, chips, saves and quick-add across the app. Home opens on the day: the date heads a real calendar, with week and month views anchored to today. Sub review on the phone: see what a subcontractor submitted, with photos and capture times, then approve or send back. Multi-day events span correctly when synced from your calendar. Archiving a space keeps its tasks. A quieter, more consistent look across rows, tabs, sheets and buttons - plus many small fixes.

Notifications, all grown up: a bell inside the app shows what's new, the app icon wears a real badge, and notification settings now cover daily logs and schedule changes. Quick add opens as a full composer — add notes and sub-tasks without leaving it. Punch list pins draw reliably, and placing one no longer fights the page gestures. Plus a cleaner schedule and fixes to sign-in name capture and the invite screen.

A proper welcome. The app now walks you around before you sign in — what Projects runs, how Home works, what the field tools do. A Start-here list on Home walks your first real job in: add the job, its client, your subs, an estimate, a photo. It checks itself off as you go and leaves when it's done. Your sample job is now one broad remodel-and-addition with a punch list, a daily log and a shared milestone, so every corner of the app has something real in it. Calendar access is now asked only when you tap to see your day — never on its own. Daily Log is now a real site report — log the day's work, crew, weather, and photos, edit any entry, and backdate it if you forgot to log yesterday. Write estimates on your phone. Build a proposal, edit the lines, and download the PDF to send — without opening a laptop. A quieter app. One typeface, fewer icons, and lists that put the numbers where you can scan them — the same design as the web app. Get help from inside the app.
