Perfect boiled eggs every time. Adjusts for your egg size, how you like it done, and even your altitude. Soft, jammy or hard — never guess again.
The last egg timer you'll ever need.
Egg Timer calculates the perfect cooking time for your egg, adjusting for size, doneness, cooking method, and even your altitude. Whether you want a runny soft-boiled, a jammy golden yolk, or a firm hard-boiled, you'll nail it every single time.
PERFECT TIMING, EVERY TIME
Choose your egg size, how you like it done, and your cooking method. Egg Timer does the maths, accounting for altitude so your eggs cook perfectly whether you're at sea level or in the mountains.
MATCH YOUR EGG SIZE
Not sure what size your egg is? Hold it up to the on-screen silhouette and match it visually, rendered at true physical scale for your device.
ALL THE EGGS
From Small to Jumbo chicken eggs, plus fun novelty eggs including Quail, Duck, Goose, Emu and Ostrich. Yes, really. The Ostrich one takes 90 minutes. You have been warned.
LEARNS YOUR PREFERENCES
After each cook, rate your egg. Egg Timer remembers and quietly adjusts future timings to match exactly how you like it.
SAVE YOUR FAVOURITES
Found your perfect combo? Save it as a favourite and launch it from the home screen with one tap.
PHOTO MEMORIES
Snap a photo of your finished egg and it saves to your cook history. Because a perfect jammy yolk deserves to be remembered.
BEAUTIFUL AND THOUGHTFUL
Warm hand-crafted design with Light, Dark and Auto themes. Altitude card shows your local boiling point. Full cooking history and stats.
Simple enough for your first boiled egg. Precise enough for the obsessive.
