Your next event starts here. Eligible new subscribers get a 14-day free trial, then a paid subscription unless canceled. Create events, sell tickets and scan QR codes.
Create your event. Sell tickets. Welcome your guests.
Evenda brings event ticketing, QR check-in and sales tracking to your phone. Built for event organizers and venue teams, it helps you manage the journey from your first ticket sale to the last guest through the door.
Get your event ready to share
- Create an event page with a cover image, description and schedule.
- Set up ticket categories and prices, or offer free registration.
- Save a draft while you prepare, then publish when you are ready.
Sell tickets on your terms
Connect a supported payment provider and receive ticket payments in your own payment account. Evenda charges a subscription fee, with 0% Evenda commission on ticket sales. Your payment provider's fees still apply.
Keep track of sales and orders
- See ticket sales, revenue and attendance in one place.
- Find orders, view customer details and resend tickets by email.
- Follow traffic sources and UTM campaigns to see where sales come from.
- Receive notifications about new orders.
Check in guests with a QR scan
Use your phone as a ticket scanner at the entrance. Download tickets for the event session in advance to check in guests offline, then sync when you are connected again. Invite your team and assign access for the people working at the door.
Keep working wherever you are
Manage events from your phone and the Evenda web dashboard. Add photos and videos after the event and keep your event details, orders and reports together.
For concerts, festivals, workshops, conferences, classes and community events. Evenda is the organizer's app; guests buy or reserve tickets through your event page.
Try Evenda free for 14 days
Eligible new subscribers can start with a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your selected monthly or annual subscription renews automatically at the price shown before confirmation, unless canceled. Features and limits vary by plan.
To avoid the first charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings, or open More > Subscription in Evenda.
Download Evenda and get your next event ready.
