Your original documents are now kept only in the app's encrypted storage. Fixes to document counting.

You can now correct a value by writing a comment. If a result was read wrong, say so on the record, for example: "the LDL is wrong, take the 120 from the top". Coretrends reads the document again on your iPhone and changes the value. It only uses numbers printed in the document, checks the unit, and shows you the change before and after with one tap to undo. Your trends update at once, and each corrected value says when and why it changed. Lab results are also read more carefully. A name and a number on different lines are paired only when the layout makes it clear, ratios are no longer mistaken for single tests, and a unit the app does not know is kept as printed instead of being charted. On an iPhone with Apple Intelligence, a document your phone cannot read on its own can be read by Apple Private Cloud Compute. You give permission once and can withdraw it in Settings. Identifiers are removed on your phone first. A new export gives every result in your trends with its LOINC code and UCUM unit, as HL7 FHIR or as a spreadsheet. It follows the standards used by the US Cures Act data elements and the European Health Data Space. There is still no account, and nothing is kept on our servers.

Your reports are read on your iPhone. On iOS 27, Coretrends turns your medical reports into structured records and trends using on-device intelligence. Colonoscopies, scans and pathology reports are read right on your phone, and your lab results are read on the device by exact rules, with nothing sent anywhere. Where a report still needs a cloud model, identifiers are removed on your phone first and it happens only with your permission, one document at a time. Your records also travel with you now, between hospitals and across borders. Import the FHIR, CDA, patient-summary and laboratory files a portal gives you, or connect a United States patient portal and sign in on the provider's own page. Export a standard patient summary (HL7 FHIR International Patient Summary) or a European laboratory report, and share an encrypted copy with a doctor through a QR code that expires in 72 hours. Each value keeps its own date and its own codes (LOINC, SNOMED CT, ICD-10, ATC). Everything stays on your phone. There is no account, and nothing is kept on our servers.

Libertad is now Coretrends. Same app, same team, same promise: your records stay on your device, and nothing about your data, your settings or your subscription moves. The new name says what the app does: it shows your core trends, the markers that matter to you, over time and against published reference ranges. Under the hood, the on-device engine that reads colonoscopy, CT and pathology reports has been tested against Apple's updated on-device model in iOS 27, and long, dense reports are now read in sections, so fewer documents fall back to pattern matching; when a long report will take a few minutes, the app now says so. English is now the app's primary language, with Spanish fully supported; you can switch per app in Settings, Apps, Coretrends, Language.

Colonoscopy, CT and pathology reports now have a home. • Procedure and imaging reports are organized into what was done, what was seen, and what the report recommends next — with each finding shown in the report's own words. • A nodule or polyp measured again in a later study can be followed over time. You decide which findings are the same one; Libertad never guesses. • These reports are processed entirely on your iPhone. On iPhones with Apple Intelligence, Libertad uses Apple's on-device model. Nothing leaves the device. • Pictures inside your reports are kept alongside them, with a zoomable viewer. • Attach a pathology result to the specimen it came from, so the biopsy that arrives weeks later sits with the procedure it belongs to. • Charts reworked: one point per date, no more readings hidden at the edge of the chart, and every chart can be tapped or dragged to read each point. • Wearable trends gained a time-range picker and no longer mix two sources on one line.
