Mood - Tap the mood card to see every face you have logged, sized by how often you chose it. - Mood history takes the place of the streak card. Sleep - Read your sleep from Apple Health, behind a switch that stays off until you turn it on. - Nothing is ever written back to Health. Widgets - Three home screen widgets: your mood check-in, how you are showing up and a shortcut to record. Reflections and homework - Speak an answer and watch it appear as you talk, with no clock to watch. - Homework opens in a sheet instead of cutting off mid sentence, and finishing something is worth celebrating. - Nothing is late until your own day is over. Recording - A recording survives a bad connection now instead of being lost. - Long sessions transcribe in pieces rather than timing out. Plus sentence case throughout, a Face ID mark on the lock screen, one switch for every haptic and a long list of spacing fixes.

Russian and other Cyrillic text now renders in a proper typeface instead of a fallback font. If you are coming from 1.0.7, this update also brings everything released since then. Moods and streaks - Record a mood from a home screen widget, without opening the app. - Tap a face on the explore card and the wheel opens on the mood you picked. - A day now counts when you do any one thing, and two rest days in a month no longer break your run. - Mood insights wait until there is enough history to say something real, and days you did not record are shown as a gap rather than a guess. - An optional evening reminder, plus quiet hours and a daily limit on notifications. Reflections and homework - Speak a reflection answer instead of typing it. - Elma follows up with a question after you save a reflection. - Homework from your therapist now shows paragraphs, bullets and numbered steps instead of one block of text. - A reflection with a single due date appears on that date, and stays available if you miss it. - A mood rating is no longer required to submit an answer. - Due dates follow your own day rather than UTC, so nothing is marked overdue early. Privacy and fixes - Face ID app lock, which you can turn on in Privacy and data. - You are notified when your therapist shares a session with you. - The home pager and the week strip now cover the same days, so tapping a day always loads it. - Session History is now Sessions, the therapist label is readable in dark mode and the voice answer card is easier to read.
