SitPose is a calm posture coach that watches your back while you work. Prop your phone to your side, start a session, and SitPose uses the front camera and on-device pose detection to notice when you slouch or crane your neck - then gently nudges you back upright with a sound, a spoken cue, or a haptic. When you're done, you get a quiet summary of how you sat. PRIVATE BY DESIGN • 100% on-device. Apple's Vision framework analyzes each frame in memory. • No video is ever recorded, saved, or uploaded. • No account, no sign-in, no tracking, no servers. HOW IT WORKS iOS can't use the camera in the background, so SitPose runs as a focused, screen-on work session. That keeps your stats clean and meaningful instead of vague all-day numbers.
