Improved location-permission handling and user messaging. Authentication/session fix: Resolved issue where some users could not sign back in after logout. Added explicit stay signed in and sign out behavior for clearer session control. Feature restoration: Restored role-based feature visibility and navigation for Shepherding and Pioneer Analytics. Added dedicated role pages and role-based tab visibility logic. This release is focused on stability and user-impacting corrections only.
