Gendo: A book that stays full
Booking in English & Español
Free · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Your appointment book should not be a paper notebook, or a WhatsApp group with two hundred unread messages.
Gendo is the scheduling and management app built for salon, barbershop, nail and esthetics professionals. It has been running beauty businesses across Latin America since 2013 — and it speaks your clients’ language.
IT WORKS IN BOTH LANGUAGES
The app runs in English or Spanish, and so do the messages your clients receive. You can work in English and still send confirmations and reminders in Spanish, the way your clients actually read them.
THE SUM NOBODY DOES
Two no-shows a week is eight empty slots a month. Multiply that by your average ticket: that number is what having no reminders costs you.
That is the hole automatic reminders close.
WHAT YOU GET
▸ The whole team’s day on one screen
Every professional’s hours, with no double bookings and no need to open a computer.
▸ A booking link so clients book themselves
Nearly 3 in 10 appointments made through Gendo happen outside business hours: Sunday night, the lunch break, 11pm. Without the link, that booking becomes a message you answer tomorrow. Or it becomes nothing.
▸ Automatic WhatsApp confirmations and reminders
Sent when the booking is made and again before the appointment, in English or in Spanish, without you typing anything.
▸ Your team’s capacity, every day
The dashboard shows how much of the hours you pay for were actually used. It is the percentage that tells you whether you need more staff or more clients.
▸ The money, plainly
Revenue booked and forecast, average ticket and the month’s result, with no spreadsheet.
▸ Clients with history
What they had, when, with whom and what they paid. In your hand, before they sit down.
WHO ALREADY USES IT
Gendo has been in the market since 2013. Today that is 8,300 active businesses, more than 34,000 that have passed through, and 122 million appointments recorded since 2012.
Built for hair salons, barbershops, esthetic clinics, nail studios, brow studios, podiatry and independent professionals.
Free for 7 days. No credit card.
