Your pilots, Core Research and progress are all kept. - After the trial, the Full Game Unlock keeps the game going: one purchase, no subscription. Restore Purchases works without signing in. - Online leaderboards come with the Full Game Unlock. Trial runs are saved on your device. - All ads are gone. No post-run ads, no ad revives, and no tracking prompt. Your one revive per run is free. - Removed developer test tools from App Store builds.

iPad support • Neon Primitive now runs natively on iPhone and iPad in portrait orientation. • The HUD, menus, upgrade choices, boss fights, and end-of-run screens now scale for iPad displays. Interface polish • Improved layout and readability across supported portrait devices. • Removed the Late Alpha label from the title screen.

Cloud backups work again • Fixed signed-in progress not backing up to the cloud since an earlier update. Progress now backs up automatically, and the first sync keeps the higher of what is on your phone and what was already backed up, so nothing is lost. • Neon Core packs you were charged for but never received are now added automatically when you sign in, or when you tap Restore in the Store. Evolutions • Aurora Halo, Guardian Blades, Echo Rune, Harvest Engine, Nanite Swarm and Cache Swarm now do what their descriptions promise. • Evolved Chain Arc, Arc Nova, Phase Saw, Prism Rockets and Lancer Swarm have new looks, so an evolution is obvious at a glance. Bosses • New art for Blood Crucible, Gravestone Engine, Comet Liturgy, Blink Prism and the Neon Blaster. • Boss fights now zoom the camera to keep both you and the boss in view. • Easy mode now reaches the final boss, and boss damage follows the difficulty you choose. • Boss attack warnings no longer disappear during very busy fights. Logbook • New Bosses tab, including the final boss. Counts now sit on the tabs, so more of each page fits on screen.

Neon Primitive now tells you when a new version is out, and shows what the update fixes, so you are not left to find out on your own. It never blocks play - if you are offline it simply does not appear. Added a clear warning when you create a local pilot: local progress is saved on your device only, and cannot be recovered if you delete the game or switch phones. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep it backed up. Also fixed: the Core Research repayment could not reach pilots who updated through 1.4.31 on their way to the current version, so it never arrived for some of the people it was meant for. That condition is gone, and the repayment is now 60 Neon Cores.

Fixed: Core Research could be wiped when you signed in with an existing Apple or Google account after playing as a guest. Your guest progress is now merged in, and Core totals can only go up. If your save still shows the damage, it is restored automatically the first time you launch this version. Fixed: some pilots lost access to the Full Game Unlock they had already paid for. It is recognised again on launch. Fixed: buying Neon Cores in the same session as the Full Game Unlock could relock premium and bring post-run ads back. Fixed: the game could fall silent after moving through menus. Fixed: a paid Neon Core pack could occasionally fail to be granted, and a large typed quantity opened a separate payment sheet for every core. Purchases are now capped at 10 per checkout. Fixed: progress backed up to the cloud could be lost when the game was sent to the background. Backups now retry on the next launch. Also fixed: the revive countdown could stall, Settings could report a purchase as complete when it had not gone through, and an "already owned" message named the wrong store on iOS.

Fixed: Core Research could reset when the app was reopened. If your research was affected, it is restored automatically the first time you launch this version, along with 50 Neon Cores for the trouble. New: Singularity Pulse. A rare field pickup that collapses every XP crystal in the sector straight into your hull. Field boosts and supply caches no longer expire, so you can save one for the right moment instead of racing a timer. Rail Lance now fires a molten orange beam that reads clearly against the arena. Also fixed: progress banked while the game was syncing could be lost, and Core Research refunds did not always stick.

Version 1.4.25 is the Big Boss Update polish pass: ten redesigned boss fights, cleaner boss pacing, refreshed screenshots and trailer media, tighter combat balance, improved utilities/defenses, updated treasure cache presentation, AI navigator voice polish, leaderboard fixes, controller/dev-mode improvements, and the latest live Neon Cores store flow.

Improves audio volume controls, restores game audio more reliably after ads and app resume, and includes controller, tutorial, ad, purchase, and stability polish.

Fixes purchase availability, account deletion sign-out cleanup, production ad configuration, and fresh App Store startup handling after TestFlight.
