Pick an exercise, set your rep range, choose how many cards, then start pulling. Every card is a number you have to hit. No two sessions are the same, and the last card is always a BOSS. WHY IT WORKS The randomness does the hard part. You are not deciding whether to do eight or twelve reps, because the card already decided. All you have to do is beat it. IN THE WORKOUT - Single exercise decks, or multi-exercise decks that stack push, pull and legs into one session - Optional rest timer between cards, with a buzz when you are up again - Live totals for reps done, cards left and time elapsed - Undo a card if you lose count - Works offline, so a dead signal in the gym basement does not end your session - Pick up exactly where you left off if your phone locks or the app reloads mid-set TRACK EVERYTHING - Day, week, month and year views, with a training heatmap - Personal records for highest reps, most cards, longest session and more - Achievements across five rarity tiers - Estimated calories burned, based on your body weight - Export your entire history to CSV whenever you want SET GOALS Daily, weekly or monthly rep targets, for every exercise or just one. Deck of Reps Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription, purchased through Apple In-App Purchase, that unlocks: - Unlimited custom exercises - Your complete all-time workout history Pro is available as a monthly or yearly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings.
