Pick just the period and data you need, and export your Health data as CSV or XML. For doctor visits, analysis, and backups. Your health data is never sent anywhere.
HealthExport is a simple utility that exports the health data stored in iPhone Health (HealthKit) to CSV / XML files for the period you choose.
The built-in Health app can only export all of your data at once. You can't pull out just last month or a specific range. With HealthExport, choose only the period and data you need, and get a file right away.

■ Output formats
・CSV: A simple table with date, type, value, unit, source. Ideal for spreadsheets and AI analysis.
・XML: Follows the Apple Health export format (HealthData / Record / Workout).
■ Privacy
Health data that is read is used only to create the export file. It is never sent to or collected on the developer's servers. You choose where the file goes with the share sheet.
Reading data requires your permission on first launch, and you can change it at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health.
