Geo Text
Guess the world with friends
$0.99 · In‑App Purchases · Designed for iPhone. Not verified for macOS.
Turn your group chat into a daily geography challenge. Explore real-world locations, drop your pin, and see who gets closest, all in iMessage.
A new place to guess every day, right inside your group chat.
Geo Text brings a daily Street View challenge to Messages. Explore the scene, study the clues, and drop your pin on the world map. Score up to 5,000 points based on how close you get.
PLAY IN MESSAGES
Open a conversation, tap +, and choose Geo Text. Explore the daily location, switch to the map, and submit one guess. Share your result with the chat using the Messages send arrow.
COMPARE WITH FRIENDS
Open a friend's result card to play the same puzzle and compare your scores. Results reopen their original puzzle, including on a later day. Both players need Geo Text 2.2 or later for the new shared cards and featured daily locations.
KEEP YOUR STREAK
A new daily puzzle arrives at midnight UTC. Build your streak and return tomorrow for another place to explore. Your saved progress stays on your device.
MORE CHALLENGES
The paid app includes the daily world challenge. Optional 50 States and Soccer Group challenge packs are available as separate one-time in-app purchases.
No account is required. Internet access is needed for maps and Street View. Each player needs Geo Text installed to play shared challenges.
Explore new daily locations, from neighborhood landmarks to coastal views and the Tetons.
Shared cards now use links supported by Messages, and daily results reopen the correct puzzle. Tapping a card while the game is open refreshes its challenge, and result screens show your score comparison. This update also improves compatibility with older valid invitations and preserves your saved scores when locations change.
Challenge cards show the required app version. Update Geo Text on both phones to play the same new daily locations and open the new shared links.
