NoMoreBets is a calm, private companion for people who want to stop gambling. It is built for the moment the urge hits, and for the ordinary days after.
There is no gambling in this app: no odds, no bets, no simulated slots or cards, and no links to any casino or betting site.
WHEN THE URGE HITS
• "I want to gamble right now": one tap starts a 10-minute buffer. Look outside, pick one real thing to do, and let ten minutes pass before you decide anything.
• Four situations, four short paths: I want to go to the casino, I just lost money, I won today, I gambled again. Each one gives you the next small step, not a lecture.
• Just lost money? Get out of the building first, breathe, and don't chase it. Then see what that money means in real life.
• Won today? Take it home and start a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Gambled again? Your streak starts over, but the days you held on to still count.
• Night mode and a ride-home timer for the long wait in the parking lot.
EVERY DAY
• A home screen with your current streak, your total days without a bet, the last 7 days at a glance, and where you are on a 90-day journey.
• A 10-second daily check-in: how strong the urge was, whether you bet, and how the day felt.
• A private log and calendar of your days, triggers and losses.
• Reminders at the times you choose. Reminder text never mentions gambling.
HELP THAT IS ALWAYS THERE
• Emergency support, always free: call 988, the National Problem Gambling Helpline (1-800-MY-RESET, 1-800-697-3738) or 911, a guided breathing exercise, and the people you trust.
• Your own reasons for stopping, a letter to your future self, and stories about getting through the hardest moments. Example stories are clearly labeled, and you can share your own anonymously.
• An AI companion to talk it through at 2 a.m. The free plan includes 5 AI conversations a day.
• Family Guardian and Mutual Guardian let someone you trust see how you are doing. They never see your journal text, amounts, phone number, email, real name, exact location or AI chats.

NoMoreBets is free to download. The crisis tools (the 10-minute buffer, the four situations and emergency support) are always free and work offline. The 90-day plan is free for the first 7 days. Optional plans unlock everything else:

Billed through your Apple ID. Cancel a subscription anytime in your Apple ID subscription settings.

AI replies are generated by artificial intelligence. They can be wrong and are not medical or psychological advice. Any reply can be reported inside the app.

What's new in 1.3.0:
• The 90-day practice, rewritten: each day he opens with a few lines, one at a time, written for how you gambled, your situation and whether you have debts
