Hello,I’m respectfully reaching out to ask if you could please review my account suspension. I want to clarify that I have never cheated, used hacks, or intentionally violated any of the platform’s rules.I made several withdrawals because I had a lot of free time and spent quite a bit of time playing. At the moment, I don’t have a job, so the extra money I earned from the app has been very helpful to me.I completely understand the importance of your rules and policies, and I’m willing to follow them carefully going forward. If my account was suspended because of a misunderstanding or because my activity appeared unusual, I would sincerely appreciate it if you could review my account and reconsider the suspension.I’m only asking for an opportunity to continue using the app legitimately. Thank you very much for taking the time to read my message and consider my request. I truly appreciate your help.

Nice but I don’t think you should be required to complete an offer that costs you money to unlock games. I’ll have to stick to surveys because I downloaded this to EARN a little extra $, NOT to have to spend any, and I refuse to spend money on offers or in app purchases I don’t need or want. Please do better. Please consider removing the requirement to complete offers that cost money in order to unlock games for users. They should be available for users to complete to earn money if they want, but should not be a requirement for users to complete to unlock games. Thats unfair, because not all users can afford to complete offers that cost them money.

I have been using it for a month or so and it was alright. It does take a while with the surveys to get enough to cash out. But ever since I moved up to the gold status , they haven’t rewarded me for completing game milestone. They use to respond but I have been messaging them for the last 4 days about my coins I never received and no response. And now when I cash out it is never instant like before it has 24 hours or more. It takes longer then it ever did when I was bronze status. It’s suppose to come in 15 mins yet it has been taken a day or more. I don’t think they want you actually making money which is why the high status you go the more problems start to happen.

This app is a massive waste of time. It worked completely fine at first, but now it completely refuses to track big in-game milestones. It already owed me 500 coins, but I decided to let it go and actually made an in-game purchase because the app promised a 5,000-coin reward. A week later, I have received absolutely nothing. On top of that, customer support is completely nonexistent. I have submitted two separate cash-out requests totaling $15, and it has been well over 72 hours with zero response or payout. It's clearly too good to be true. I spent hours on this app just to be ignored. I will gladly update this review if the developers actually fix these issues and pay what is owed, but as of right now stay far away
